Welcome to my review of the 2004 cult classic comedy film, Napoleon Dynamite. I think it can also be classified as a coming of age and high school movie as far as the genres go. The movie stars Jon Heder as Napoleon Dynamite, Efren Ramirez as Pedro Sanchez, Tina Majorino as Deb, Aaron Ruell as Kip, and Jon Gries as Uncle Rico, among others. This is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen and it was great to rewatch it again after so many years. There are so many classic one-liners and awkward moments with each one being as quotable as the last. I highly recommend it! Welcome to my review of Digimon Ghost Game Episode 60! This episode featured the debut of Jellymon's mega evolution, Amphimon as well as Submarimon (who returned from Adventure 02 to help our heroes throughout the episode), an army of Hangyomon, and Cthyllamon, who was the main monster of the week and evil version of Marine Angemon. Despite being the coward of the group, Kiyoshiro always steps up when he really has to and he and his sentai waifu saved the day yet again. This once again cemented Kiyo and Jellymon as my favorite duo of the series. I absolutely loved this episode and am really looking forward to seeing what crazy antics our heroes get involved with now that all of their Digimon have reached mega evolution. How long will it be before they finally come in contact with the "one" who keeps sending evil Digimon to the human world? Find out on my review of episode 61 later next week! Welcome to my review of Edens Zero Volume 20: 3 Years Later by Hiro Mashima. After attending the funeral for Witch and the others who lost their lives during the Aoi Cosmos War, our heroes set out on their next adventure, which is to put a stop to Ziggy and his evil ways. Three years have passed and we get to see each character aged up with new abilities and designs, as they continue their search for Ziggy. Through their travels they encounter Captain Connor, who they believe works for Ziggy, although they learn that due to Rebecca's Cat Leaper ability our heroes have entered Universe 3 (time travel shenanigans) meaning that this is an entirely different Connor. With Connor agreeing to help the Edens Zero, our heroes set a course for Lendard where they will face off against Ziggy, the Dark Stars, and his army of skeleton bots. I loved the new characters designs, and especially loved the Shikki/Rebecca moment at the end. So sweet! Welcome to my review of Digimon Ghost Game Episode 59! This episode featured Tonosama Gekomon and Gekomon as the monsters of the week who were inadvertently causing harm to innocent people while trying to fight crime (of course lol). There were some really sweet scenes with Kiyoshiro on a date with his new waifu, Meru (a fellow otaku) watching a live action sentai performance before Tonosama Gekomon interrupted it looking for "Jiraiya-dono." Lots of great moments with Kiyoshiro protecting the civilians from Tonosama Gekomon and Gulusgammamon appearing again, which took me by surprise. I also found it interesting that they showed the dark evolutions of Agumon, Gargomon, and WarGrowlmon looking on from afar when Gulusgammamon digivolved. Despite the rushed ending, it was still another solid episode and I am 99% sure that we will see the debut of Jellymon's mega evolution in the next episode, so stay tuned for my review of episode 60 sometime next week. Welcome to my review of Digimon Ghost Game Episode 58! This episode featured Ancient Sphinxmon as the villain of the week who was going around turning people into coffins in order to build a pyramid and summon Pharaohmon. After Hiro and Kiyoshiro were turned into coffins themselves, it was up to Ruli and Angoramon to save the day and we finally got to see Angoramon digivolve into his mega evolution, Diarbbitmon. Mummymon and Espimon also showed up to help the Tamers, which was cool considering Mummymon can digivolve into either Ancient Sphinxmon or Pharaohmon. Overall, another solid episode and with Kiyoshiro being prominently featured in the preview for the next episode, we may even see Jellymon's mega evolution then, so stay tuned for my review of episode 59 next week. Welcome to my thoughts on/review of Star Ocean: The Divine Force after completing Raymond's story! At around 16:07 I go into spoilers while sharing my screenshots, so you have been warned. This is my hidden gem of 2022 and after playing through Raymond's story, I can't wait to go through it again as Laeticia. Featuring a great cast of characters, solid story, and fun combat, Star Ocean: The Divine Force follows our heroes as they must stop Emperor Bohld'or and the Scorpium Network from subjugating Aster IV and the rest of the galaxy to their evil control. As much I did enjoy the game, I can't overlook the problems. There were quite a few times when I glitched out after exploring the world map with Duma, so I had to either switch out my character or use fast travel in order to move again. There was also lag and framerate problems during fights with a lot of enemies. Overall though, still a great experience and I highly recommend it if you like character driven games with faced paced action rpg combat. Welcome to my review of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 12 and 13! This was the finale of the first part of the Thousand-Year Blood War arc with episode 12 continuing the story about how Isshin and Masaki met and what Ichigo's true power really is. Episode 13 saw the Captains and Lieutenants begin their training in preparation for the inevitable conflict along with Ichigo having a final conversation with Zangetsu before Oetsu forged Ichigo two brand new zanpakuto. Great stuff! Despite my unpopular opinion about the Kenpachi and Unohana fight, I really did enjoy the first part of the final arc and am looking forward to it continuing in July. Welcome to my RANT/review of the 2009 anime movie, Eureka Seven: Good Night, Sleep Tight, Young Lovers (Eureka Seven: Pocketful of Rainbows in Japan)! I didn't even know how to review this movie because it was so weird and derivative of the original anime that this video just turned into a full on rant. As someone who LOVES the original anime series, this is just ridiculous. They ruined characters, particular Dewey and Holland, but even then, there isn't a single good character in this movie. Certain scenes from the anime are reused in an incoherent matter. They name drop things like the Vodarac Shrine for no reason. It is a complete mess! If you like train wrecks, then I guess you should watch it. If you want something good, then you should watch the original anime series, which I have reviewed on the channel. Welcome to my review of Digimon Ghost Game Episode 57! This episode featured Lilithmon and Cerberumon as the villains of the week, as well as a ton of plot revelations including more references to the "one" who has been sending the Digimon to the human world. We got to see Espimon, Airdramon, Ginryumon, and Bakumon get involved with the fight along with the Tamers and their DIgimon during the second half of the episode. It also was cool to see Kotaro in a more extended role after he was captured by Lilithmon. In the end, Lilithmon used a portal to go back to the Digital World, but not before acknowledging the other one inside Sirusmon (Gulusgammon) and trying to get him to join her. I really enjoyed this episode, but my one nitpick was the fact that they nerfed Lilithmon's boobies! Just look at the comparison from how she looked in Xros Wars to Ghost Game. Unreal! Welcome to my review of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 11! This episode was absolutely fantastic, as it followed the backstory of Ichigo's parents, Isshin and Maskaki and how the two of them met. We learned that Masaki was a pure blooded Quincy who was arranged to marry Ryuken, Uryu's father. Isshin arrived in Karakura Town to battle what may have very well been the original Arrancar, known as White who was created by Sosuke Aizen. This episode had many parallels to an earlier episode called Memories in the Rain, which featured the debut of Grand Fisher, the Hollow that killed Masaki. I loved the twist revealing that Aizen has indeed been behind EVERYTHING. Absolute kino. Welcome to my review of Digimon Ghost Game Episode 56! This was quite possibly the best episode yet, as it saw the debut of Siriusmon, Gammamon's Mega Evolution. The villain of the week was Kuzuhamon, Renamon's Dark Mega Evolution, and man was she fine. Siruismon's design and abilities were so badass and I loved the new theme that played during his evolution sequence. We also got some plot revelations with Kuzuhamon mentioning that she was sent to the human world by "someone." Who could that be!? I wonder how long it will be until we see Jellymon and Angoramon's Mega Evolutions. The preview for next week features Lilithmon, as Ghost Game continues to give the fans what they want.
