Keto BLT Dip
INGREDIENTS
½ lb Bacon, divided
¼ c Mayonnaise
¼ c Sour Cream
4 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
½ c Cheddar Cheese, divided 1/4c & 1/4c
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic, fresh, minced
½ tsp Paprika
1 cup Lettuce, shredded
1c Tomatoes, chopped
dipping ingredients (carrots, cucumbers, etc.)
PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients together using only ¾ of the bacon and a ¼ cup of shredded cheese, in a bowl except lettuce and tomatoes
Spread the dip into a shallow serving bowl
Top with lettuce, tomato and remaining cheese and remaining bacon
Garnish with dipping ingredients
Enjoy!
*Note: The dip can be made a few hours ahead to let the flavors blend but do not put the toppings on the dip until ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS LIST FOR THE GRILLED SHRIMP AND CHORIZO APPETIZERS
1/2 pound medium shrimp (about 30 shrimp), raw, peeled and deveined
1 package of Spanish chorizo, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
The roasted bell pepper soup
2 red bell peppers
1/2 cup crushed tomato
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, adjust to your taste
DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil; toss to coat well and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. In the meantime, prepare the roasted bell pepper soup: Cut into quarters and remove seeds. Roast bell pepper in a hot cast iron skillet until charred all over. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap until cool enough to handle. Peel and discard the skin. Transfer to a blender and add crushed tomato, salt, sugar and chili pepper flakes. Pulse until smooth and divide into shooter glasses. Set aside.
3. Skewer one shrimp and one round of chorizo onto wooden toothpicks or skewers. Repeat the same process with the remaining shrimp and chorizo.
4. Working in batches, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place a few skewers into the pan and sear on both sides until the shrimp are cooked through and the chorizo is lightly browned, about 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and arrange each skewer into a shooter glass with the roasted bell pepper soup. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (14.5 ounce) cans beef broth
2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL®)
½ cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
Directions
Gather all ingredients.

Combine ground beef with onion and garlic in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.

Ingredients
2 zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
1/4 cup pizza sauce, or more to taste
20 slices pepperoni, or more to taste
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or as needed

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread zucchini slices in 1 layer on the prepared baking sheet.

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Ingredients needed
Roasted hazelnuts.
Use unsalted and raw hazelnuts.
Carefully check the packets, as sometimes, even ‘natural’ ones have additives to it.
Granulated sweetener. Coconut sugar and uncut sugar are great or keep it sugar free by using allulose.
Cocoa powder. For the chocolate hit! Sift your cocoa powder if there are clumps.
How to make sugar free Nutella
Making homemade Nutella (or any nut or seed butter) is ridiculously simple, but DOES require patience.
All you need is a good quality high-speed blender or food processor, and you are ready.
Here’s the basic idea of how to make it:
Step 1: Toast your hazelnuts. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. In a single layer, place your hazelnuts on a single layer on a lined baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until some of the skin peels naturally.
Step 2: Remove the loose skins. Once the hazelnuts have cooled down, place them on a dish towel, and fold up each of the corners to avoid any of them falling out. Using one of your hands, press and toggle the hazelnuts together, causing them to break from their skins. Do this for 2-3 minutes. Open up the dish towel and most of the hazelnuts should now be removed from their skins. If there are several with skins still attached to them, remove those individually.
Step 3: Blend the hazelnuts. Place your hazelnuts in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend your hazelnuts for 2-3 minutes until a flour-like consistency remains. Using a rubber spatula, give the ground-up hazelnuts a good stir. Continue blending in one-minute bursts, scraping down the sides regularly. Blend well until smooth.
Step 4: Add the cocoa powder and sugar substitute. Once the blended hazelnuts have become smooth and drippy, add your cocoa powder and sugar substitute.
Step 5: BLEND. Blend again until the chocolate hazelnut spread is smooth and drippy. It should drip beautifully off a spoon.
Step 6: Transfer your homemade chocolate spread into a jar. Pour your smooth chocolate hazelnut butter into a jar or shallow container, ensuring it is covered.

Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch florets (about 6 cups)
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large egg

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Process cauliflower in batches in a food processor until finely ground.
Microwave, covered, in a microwave-safe bowl on high until tender, about 8 minutes.
When cauliflower is cool enough to handle, wrap in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze dry.
Return to bowl.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix cheeses together
. Stir half cheese mixture into cauliflower; reserve remaining cheese mixture.
Combine next 6 ingredients; stir into cauliflower.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment, shape cauliflower mixture into an 11x9-in. rectangle.
Bake until edges are golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
Top with reserved cheese; bake until melted and bubbly, 10-12 minutes. Cut into 12 breadsticks.
If desired, serve with marinara sauce.

Ingredients
2 cups of Almond Meal
1 Egg
2 ounces of Butter, melted
1 pinch of Salt
2 pinches of White Pepper
4 slices of bacon, diced
1/2 of a Brown Onion, diced
5 ounces of Gruyere Cheese, grated
3 Eggs
1 1/2 cups of Light Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
1 pinch of Salt
2 pinches of White Pepper
How To Make Low Carb Keto Quiche Crust
Preheat oven to 170C/340F.
Mix together the almond meal, salt, pepper, melted butter, and egg.
Press the mixture into the base of your 10 inch quiche dish and spread it evenly on the base and around the sides.
Bake the base for 12 minutes.
If the base begins to rise from air bubbles, gently prick it with a fork and press the base back down
Remove from the oven and set aside.
How To Make Keto Quiche Lorraine Filling
Saute the diced bacon and onion in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until the onion is translucent.
Spread the bacon and onion mixture evenly over the cooked base and top with the grated gruyere cheese.
In a measuring jug, place the eggs, cream, mustard, salt, and pepper, and blend together using a stick blender Ensuring that all ingredients are well combined.
Gently pour the cream mixture over the bacon, onion, and gruyere.
Place the quiche back in the oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
The quiche is ready when the center no longer jiggles when moved.
Remove from the oven and cut into ten pieces. Enjoy.

7 oz lettuce
4 oz Goat Cheese
½ cup Walnuts toasted
1 cup raspberries frozen
10 raspberries
1 tbs allulose
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 tbs balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
1 lb chicken tenderloins
⅛ cup Ketonia bread mix
1.5 tsp garlic salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Add raspberries, vinegar, allulose, olive oil, mustard and ½ tsp of garlic salt to blender cup.
Process till smooth. Set aside
In a medium bowl, whisk together Ketonia mix and ½ tsp garlic salt. Dredge chicken tenders and place on toaster oven pan.
Bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Toast walnuts in a small sauce pan for 5 or so minutes, till lightly browned and fragrant.
Place salad in large bowl.
Sprinkle with walnuts, chunks of goat cheese and raspberries.
Place tenders on top .
Drizzle with vinaigrette and enjoy.
