Herb Ross shares his story of addiction and how he was able to overcome it with the help of God. Growing up in a poverty-stricken neighborhood, Herb started selling drugs at a young age to make money. He eventually got addicted to pain pills and cocaine, and was even facing 72 years in prison. But with the help of the Attorney General's office, he was able to move to Jacksonville and start a new life. Hi everyone, my name is Courtney Briggs and I'm a single mom of two from Lubbock, Texas. I was raised in the church, but when I was young, I was molested by my stepdad and started using drugs to numb the pain. I got involved with methamphetamines and ended up homeless and losing my children. One day, I was about to shoot up a whole gram of meth when I asked God for help. I ended up getting arrested and that's when my life changed for the good. I'm now nine years clean and sober and I'm here to share my story of addiction and deliverance. I want to show people that there is life after addiction and that you are worthy. I put my trust in God and He restored everything that was taken from me.
