The Disc Golf Network is excited to announce that it will be live broadcasting seven PDGA Euro Tour events in 2023, thanks to its expanded partnership with PDGA Europe. In addition to the PCS Open, which will return to the DGPT schedule as an Elite Event, the Disc Golf Network will now produce full-scale live broadcasts at a majority of 2023 Euro Tour events. These events include the Konopiště Open, Krokhol Open, Swedish Open, Skellefteå Open, Åland Open, Alutaguse Open, and Andalucía Open/Tour Championship. Six of these events will also award points towards the 2023 Disc Golf Pro Tour Championship. What do you think? Valerie Mandujano suffered a grade 3 ankle sprain, a tear of one or more ligaments in the ankle. The most injured ligament is the anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL), which connects the fibula to the ankle bone. This type of sprain occurs when the ankle is twisted or turned in an unnatural direction, causing the ligament to stretch or tear. This can happen during activities such as sports, physical fitness, or even walking on uneven surfaces. In Valerie’s case, the injury may have occurred during a throw or a misstep on the course. I had a fair amount of windshield time of the New Years Weekend. Something that popped in my head on the drive home made me think that Innova Discs is running their sponsorship similar to an MLB club has a farm team. They sponsor a ton of lower level players in the hopes that one will pop off and be the next Paul McBeth or Paige Pierce. They offer mostly fixed compensation that's performance based to the lower level players. if those players get a better deal Innova says good for you and don't let the door hit ya on the way out.
