More times than I can count I hear a disc golfer complaining about a shoulder injury or soreness during and/org after a round. Shoulder pain is a big reason disc golfers take time away from the sport. Most people just rest their shoulder and hope it gets better. I have a few exercises here that will help to prevent shoulder soreness; that will help prevent shoulder injury. With these exercises you can perform at your peak for longer and with less pain than your competitors.
