RS:33 Streets of Rage
Streets of Rage (and Streets of Rage 2, ended up playing both) from the Sega Genesis/Master System. This is a legal copy of the game in the Mega Drive Master Collection for the PC, and I'm playing with a USB Sega Saturn controller to emulate the original feel as much as possible.
I thought I played this game once, but after this livestream it turned out I played Streets of Rage 2 back then. That was circa 1999, so yeah, it's been a while. It was good times.

RS:32 Sonic 2
Sonic 2 for the Sega Genesis originally released in 1992. This copy is from the Sega Mega Drive Classics collection for PC and I'm playing with a USB Sega Saturn controller to emulate the original feel as much as possible.
I grew up with this game. I've beaten it about three or four times, but haven't really played it since I was a teenager. After not doing too well with the original Sonic The Hedgehog, I'm curious to play this one again and see if I'm just rusty in general or if the original is in fact harder for me to play.

RS:31 Sonic The Hedgehog
The original Sonic The Hedgehog from 1991 for Sega Genesis/Master System. This one is being played on the Sega Mega Drive Classics for the PC with a USB Sega Saturn controller to emulate the original feel of the game as much as possible. It's not perfect, but it comes close.
Believe it or not, even though we had a SEGA Genesis in the house my entire childhood, we never had this game. We had the sequel, Sonic 2 with Tails, but not this, the original. I messed around with it briefly and determined I'm really bad at this and kind of miss the added functionality of the Sonic 2 controls, so I'm probably going to mess up plenty for this one.

RS:30 Shining Force
Shining Force from the Sega Genesis, originally released in 1992. This one is being played on the PC version of the Sega Mega Drive Classics with a clone USB Sega Saturn Controller to replicate the original feel as much as possible. The SMDC is a commercial emulator for a select volume of SEGA games. It's not perfect, but it's pretty close, and it's a commercially available legal copy of all games in the collection. Since SEGA has streamer friendly user agreements, this combo makes SMDC games a good, inexpensive place to enjoy those Sega Genesis titles. I'm going to go as far as I can make my old body go on this one. I know it's a longer game, but I'm not sure how long so I'm hoping I can knock it out in a day or two.

RS:27 Warzone 2.0 After Work Hangout
Going to do Quads with the work friends. Hopefully it's good games and not typical Warzone 2.0. I can't see chat right now while in game. I will check chat before the stream is over, so feel free to hang out and say whatever, but just know I won't be able to react to anything right away. Sounds like they want to do resurgence and we'll switch to battle royal if someone gets tired and wants to bail.

RS:26 Portal 2
Was going to play Warzone 2.0 as another after work hangout, but nothing was going on so I bailed. Portal 2 it is. Last time I played this game was July of 2013. I believe I beat it all in one sitting when I first got it, and then gave it a replay at a later date. Should be fun to revisit the game after so much time.

RS:25 Warzone 2.0 Sucks Playing Farcry 3 BloodDragon Instead
Probably mostly solo que. Can't see chat during matches, but I'll check on it now and then. Experimenting with lowering settings to see if the game bugs out less.
(Edit) After a frustrating attempt at playing Warzone 2.0 where all the servers were lagging or bugged out, I transition to playing Farcry 3 Blood Dragon which I bought because it was recommended by a friend. Not sure what it's about, but it should at least run right.

RS:23 Portal
I'm bored, I have a day off, and I don't feel like starting a newer, larger title while I can't read chat full screen, so I'm revisiting some older games I enjoyed.

RS:18 B and C List Games for SNES and Gameboy
Not every game is a gem. Not every game I pick up is guarantied to be good, especially when they are cheap! The whole point of my current channel goals isn't to play only the biggest and best known titles, but to play that games that I didn't experience before for a variety of reasons. When I play something familiar, like Super Mario World, I am playing it safe with time and money. These games are games I haven't even heard of, let alone played. It's a role of the dice, and not one of these games cost me more than $15. With a low budget, comes a low expectation. That being said, today I am going to play some of the titles that may or may not be any good. Among these are: The Lion King (SNES), The Jungle Book (SNES), Porky Pig's Haunted Holiday (SNES), Tiny Toon Adventures Babs' Big Break (Gameboy), The Rugrats Movie (Gameboy). There's no promise of a good game, or even a game that I will play all the way through. If I like them, I will play them. If not, I at least tried it and it was an experience. There will be coffee, and there will be lounging on the couch, in my pajamas, in my living room.

I played Pokemon Yellow in the early 2000's, and it was similar to this game. Playing on a SNES Mini console with Super Gameboy cart.

RS:15 STALKER Clear Sky
Volodymyr Ezhov was killed fighting off Russians in the town of Bakhmut.
He was one of the game developers for STALKER Clear Sky, and his likeness appears in STALKER Call of Pripyat in game with the character Loki. I don't know anything about him other than that he was in the game, so I figured the best homage was to give the game a replay. Haven't booted it up in.... a long time. Six, Seven years, maybe longer, but I had fun playing it, and it's cool that his legacy was contributing in small part to the fun that I, and tens of thousands like me, had when playing these games.

RS:8 Spongebob Squarepants Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated
I try out a game I've never played before in my life. It was recommended to me on Steam because I played Spyro recently. When I told people I was going to play it, they seemed to get excited.
