Independent Community TV (ICTV) from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Formerly Citizen's Forum broadcast on Shaw Cable South Vancouver Island. We do interviews and cover topics of interest that are often not aired by mainstream media as well as some topics mainstream covers but from a different perspective. Yes we are based in Victoria as a community TV endeavour but we see ourselves as part of the global community as well
