SIG-Sauer Tread 716i Long Term Review
A long term, overly detailed review of the SIG-Sauer 716i Tread rifle. It took me a couple years but I managed to get this thing to over 1500 rounds and drop it on a rock. It's not the end of the battle rifle, but you can see it from here.

I don't recommend buying scopes from Amazon unless they're fulfilled by EuroOptic, but then just buy from EO in the first place, right?

Okay fine, I bought a f@$%ing Aimpoint T2
Aimpoint's position in the market is increasingly threatened by more agile companies like SIG and Holosun. The T2 may be way behind the curve but quality control never goes out of style.

Thermal-Optical Image Fusion: AGM Fuzion LRF
Thermal fusion systems usually consist of a thermal image overlay piggy backed onto an analog night vision device. Thermal-optical image fusion systems like the AGM Fuzion LRF use an IR sensitive low light camera in lieu of an analog image intensifier; that makes them much cheaper and in theory better suited to daytime use.
So how does it actually work, and who would benefit from a system like this? Probably not you or me.

Basic Battle Belt Setup (2023 Edition)
Battle belts are the number one choice of direct action chads and range turrets. For people who need to wear a rain jacket 8 months of the year, they're suboptimal.
In this video we go over the philosophy of use behind battle belts, talk about the basic setup, and a few considerations for selecting a belt.

Kitty Kat Klone
The DPMS Kitty Kat is the cutest AR ever made; I've wanted one of these things since before I knew anything about terminal ballistics.
The real DPMS RFA2-KIT was only available to law-enforcement agencies and class 3 dealers, so if you want one you have to buy a clone or roll your own. Mine is a well-traveled knockoff but the spirit of the Kitty Kat is still in there.
