WAGNER: “Joining me now is Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal, Democrat from the great state of Washington and chair of the House Progressive Caucus. Congresswoman Jayapal, thanks for joining me and helping me understand what exactly went down in the House today. I mean, my first question is, the language of this bill and why it was so broad. Do you have a sort of a thesis as to why the scope was so large?” Jayapal: “Yeah, Alex, I do, and that is that, unfortunately, I think Republicans are trying to weaponize anti-Semitism. They want to bring bills to the floor that actually divide Democrats. And what we really need to do if we want to tackle anti-Semitism, which I believe every Democrat does want to do, and many Republicans, we would do — we would bring a bipartisan bill and we would have a whole-of-government approach that involves educating people about what anti-Semitism is and what it isn’t, and making sure that we are all speaking with one voice. I think it’s incredibly hurtful to the cause of eliminating anti-Semitism for Republicans to weaponize it and to be hypocrites about bringing forward something that is for pure political gain, not about fighting anti-Semitism. So that’s why I think they brought this bill, because they knew that it would not get full Democratic support because it doesn’t get full support from the Jewish community. It doesn’t get full support from people who have looked at this issue and said, ‘We have to be very careful about how we define this.’ And especially, by the way, this is being targeted and tied to educational funds that go to colleges, so it has incredibly important ramifications.” WAGNER: “Well, and sort of a dual-pronged attack both on Democrats and liberal institutions of higher education.”

Did you hear what else he said she said the people that of of structure they’re coming in this country that most of them is because of climate change. I didn’t hear that one asked. Scientists tell us that we may only have 10 years before the earth is destroyed. 19 90 two is gonna be the year and then whoever made this clip, they juxtaposed her clip with one from a Bernie Sanders, saying the exact same thing with a. Different date, you know how many decades later

Hannity: “Governor, I know you have responded, you responded on X on Sunday and you gave more explanation to this, but you talk about this 14-month-old dog as untrainable, you describe it as a trained assassin, how the dog was killing chickens of a local neighbor and how the dog even went to bite you and I believe bit others as well. Tell us, in your words, why it came to that decision. I mean, unfortunately, dogs that are violent sometimes have to be put down, but I guess people, because you shot the dog — is there a difference which way you put a dog down? I’m not really sure. But I don’t think people understood it. I want to give you a chance to explain. NOEM: “Well, Sean, you know how the fake news works. They leave out some or most of the facts of a story, they put the worst spin on it, and that’s what’s happened in this case. I hope people really do buy this book and they find out the truth of this story, because the truth of this story is that this was a working dog and it was not a puppy, it was a dog that was extremely dangerous, it had come to us from a family who found her way too aggressive, we were her second chance and she was — the day she was put down was a day that she massacred livestock that were part of our neighbors, she attacked me. And it was a hard decision. And the reason it’s in the book is because this book is filled with tough, challenging decisions that I’ve had to make throughout my life. And I hope that people understand from this that what the point of the story is, is that most politicians, they will run from the truth, they will shy away and hide from making tough decisions. I don’t do either of those. I tell the truth and I make tough decisions. People attacked me during Covid for keeping my state open, they called me wrong and attacked me night after night on TV for not doing mandates and not forcing people to get vaccines or wear masks. They are doing it again now with this. I just hope people will read the book, find out the truth, because this was a dangerous animal and I had a choice between keeping my small children and other people safe or a dangerous animal, and I chose the safety of my children.” Hannity: “You know, I was shocked when we learned that Joe Biden, he has a German shepherd, that when all is said and done, 24 Secret Service agents were bitten by a German shepherd, by a big dog. I want to go back to something you say. You said you followed the law in your book. What is the law?” NOEM: “Virtually every state has a law in place that says that animals that attack and kill livestock can be put down in situations like this. But I will tell you, Sean, to farmers and ranchers, they expect it. They know that once an animal like this start killing and start killing just because they enjoy it, that that is a very dangerous animal. That was the situation that we were dealing with. And I’m a dog lover, I trained dogs for years, I’ve been around hundreds of them, of course, and so this was a tough situation and very difficult. But that’s what happens in rural America many times and, you know, I hope people do read the facts of the story and truly understand that I’m a mom and at the time I had small children, a lot of small kiddos that worked around our business and people and I wanted to make sure that they were safe. And dogs that have this kind of a problem, that have been to training for months and still kill for fun, they are extremely dangerous and a responsible owner does what they need to do and what the law will allow.” Hannity: “A dog trainer friend of mine actually describes every dog as a baby wolf and they have a pack mentality. Once they get aggressive, it’s very difficult to alter and change that behavior. Look at the case of Joe Biden. Initially, we had heard, okay, maybe Secret Service agent, maybe three, and then at one point we read 24? In that particular case, if somebody is biting people and in large numbers like that, it’s a sad thing to do, but at some point, doesn’t it become the responsible thing for the safety of others that you don’t allow a dog at least around anybody else, at the very least?” NOEM: “Well, and that was our situation, was this dog had come to us from another family that had already found her to be too aggressive. They’d had issues before and we put her through months of training and were working with her. It’s an unfortunate situation, but one that I hope people understand that they need to hear the truth, not what the media has been spending. The media continuously, through the fake news, does not always tell the truth, they spin the story. They did the same thing to me during Covid and they are doing it again here. I hope people buy the book and read the truth.” Hannity: “All right. The book is available, by the way, online. You go to Amazon.com and read it for yourself and, as always, you decide.”

Trump: “And we had the safest border in the history of our country, and now we have the worst border in the history of the world. There’s never been a border like it. Crooked Joe Biden, in his horrible way, it’s just he’s made our country a dumping ground. In Venezuela, violent crime is down 67% because they took their criminals and their gang members and their drug dealers, and they moved them into the United States of America, and their crime is now down 67%. That’s a beauty. And right here in Michigan, your state is being torn up to pieces with migrant crime. It’s a new term, ‘migrant crime.’ Three months ago, an illegal alien criminal was sentenced in Kent County for executing a 22-year-old Grand Rapids woman while she was in the car with her one-year-old baby, shooting her at least five times, four times in the head, with a rifle at point-blank range, while the killer was — and he was wanted all over the world. He couldn’t get in during the Trump Administration. But, like everybody else, he just walked in during the Biden Administration, killed this woman viciously and violently. In Oakland County, organized squads of illegal alien gang members — and they are taking over, these — the only thing good about them is they make our criminals look like nice people, okay? These are rough people. They’re hiding in the bushes, breaking into rural and suburban homes after dark, looting them for jewelry, purses, electronics, watches, cash. You know better than I do, that’s in Oakland, but it’s all over your state. It’s all over almost every state. And last week in St. Joseph’s County, an illegal alien was charged with breaking into a Michigan home and sexually assaulting two young girls while threatening to kill them if they screamed and tried to escape. When I return to the White House, we will stop the plunder, rape, slaughter and destruction of the American suburbs, cities and towns. We’re going to stop it cold. We will immediately end all sanctuary and deadly sanctuary cities. I will shift massive portions of federal law enforcement to immigration enforcement and we will impose a naval blockade on the cartels, because when we clean up the land, they come in by sea. And they have plenty of money to do it. We will put the cartels at a business. They will be out of business quickly. And on day one, we will begin the largest domestic deportation operation in American history.” (Cheering and Applause)

Wallace: “Mr. Mayor, I know a lot of your focus now is on managing the city in a moment of crisis, these protests. I want to ask you about the original challenge, though, for the city and Columbia, and that is making Jewish students feel safe on Columbia University and in New York City. Can you tell us what that looks like?” Adams: “We have one of the best police departments on the globe, if not the best, and dealing with a multitude of different moments is something that we are trained to do. And when you look at the actions that we have taken to address this issue, we’ve seen an increase in hate crimes, graffiti, and terminologies, but the assault on Jewish students is something that is just not happening. And when it does, and if it does, we’re going to make the proper investigation and apprehensions and arrests.”

BURNETT: “Breaking news: Marjorie Taylor Greene speaking out to Manu Raju, hitting back at her own party, under fire for announcing today that she is forcing the vote to oust Speaker Johnson.” [Clip starts] Taylor Greene: “What you guys need to know is I really don’t give a rat’s ass what anybody up here says about what I’m doing.” [Clip ends] BURNETT: “Well, it comes as Johnson is holding firm that he will not bend to the demands of Marjorie Taylor Greene.” [Clip starts] Reporter: “Marjorie Taylor Greene has called on you to resign. Reporter: “And I understand that President Biden historically has spoken —“ Jean-Pierre: “Yeah.” Reporter: “— very forcefully about anti-Semitism. But this week he’s not. He’s MIA. Is he that worried about losing the youth vote with these protesters?” Jean-Pierre: “I’m going to be mindful. You’re talking about youth vote, you’re talking about 2024. No, no, no. Well —“ [crosstalk] Reporter: “Support of young people.” Jean-Pierre: “I’m — I — I have to say what I have to say, and just give me a second. So I’m not going to speak about — somebody’s doorbell. Is that a doorbell?” UNKNOWN FEMALE: “Yeah. Alarm.” Jean-Pierre: “An alarm. OK. All right. And I’ll speak more broadly. I can’t speak to youth — youth and support and voters, that’s not something I can do from here. The president has taken a lot of policy actions here that he knows that young people care about. And a lot of those actions are popular with those young folks, whether it’s giving a little bit of breathing room with student debt relief, something we made an announcement today, matter of fact, and we are going to continue to do that, because we think it’s important as families or as an American, and you coming out of college, and you want to build a family, buy a home, you have the opportunity to do that and not be crushed by student debt. The president understands how important it is to deal with that issue. Climate change, something that young people really truly care about. One of the crises that the president said he came into having to deal with was the climate change crisis, as the president has taken more, has taken aggressive, aggressive action to deal with climate crisis. You look, I can’t speak to — I can’t speak to youth voters or their support. What we’re going to do is continue to take actions that we believe helps all Americans and all communities.”

LEMIRE: “And senator, the Biden campaign certainly stressing that it was Trump appointed justices who did indeed overturn Roe v. Wade. I want to get your take on these campus protests we have, that have consumed the news the last few days, Columbia University, a few schools out west, and many in the heartland as well. Your thoughts on the appropriateness of what the administration’s have done, what the police have done and you know, as someone who has noted, has a lot of progressive and support, are you concerned that progressives, that young voters are — are going to because of this issue, are going to break away from the president?” Warren: “Look, I am grateful to live in a country where people can raise their voices, where they can make them heard by their elected officials. It’s crucial that any efforts at protests be peaceful and that no individuals be attacked, no one should feel threatened. This is what open dialogue is about. But we need to keep the focus on what’s happening in the Middle East. And we need to bring real pressure to bear here. Look, it is time for a ceasefire. It is long past time for a ceasefire. But we need to be pushing on the parties to get that ceasefire and we have got to open up for humanitarian aid.” BRZEZINSKI: “Yeah.” Warren: “Literally thousands of people are on the brink of starvation. We’ve got to get that humanitarian aid. And it’s time to get these hostages back home. They have been held for months and months and months, no one knows their medical condition. They’ve got to be brought back home. And then the biggest part, the United States must give a big shove to both parties to come to the negotiating table, work out a two-state solution where two peoples can live side by side with dignity, with self-respect, with self-determination. That’s how we need to move forward.”

Kennedy: “... Ingraham: “Apparently, the only people who can stand up for what they believe in are the transgender athletes and their parents. You guys don’t have any rights. So explain to us the unfair advantage that a biological male then would have in throwing that lighter ball.” E. SALERNO: “Well, I mean, it’s obvious that males are physically superior to women. So, in that, he’s going to be throwing something lighter, which is ultimately going to be easier for him to throw.” Ingraham: “I guess you don’t need a PhD in physics to figure that out, AJ. AJ, I’m looking at you guys and you guys probably thought your daughter is a great athlete, she’s going to go to high school, probably get noticed by a college, maybe get a scholarship, and you are thinking to yourself, ‘How is this America , let alone West Virginia?’ Is that what you’re — I’m thinking that for you. I don’t want to put words in your mouth.” AJ SALERNO: “No. I mean, I’ve been thinking this for a while. As a country, if we can’t agree on the differences between a boy and a girl, then what are we doing with the hard subjects?” Ingraham: “Yeah, what are we doing? This is why kids aren’t learning anything, we don’t know the basics, just facts, basic biological facts.”

WAGNER: “I want to read a statement that we just got from Columbia. ‘A little after 9:00 P.M. this evening, the NYPD arrived on campus at the university’s request. This decision was made to restore safety and order to our community. We regret that protesters have chosen to escalate the situation through their actions. After the university learned overnight that Hamilton Hall had been occupied, vandalized and blockaded, we were left with no choice. Columbia public safety personnel were forced from the building and a member of the facilities team was threatened. We will not risk the safety of our community or the potential for further escalation. The leadership team, including the board of trustees, met throughout the night and into the early morning, consulting with security experts and law enforcement to determine the best plan to protect our students and the entire Columbia University community. We made the decision early in the morning that this was a law enforcement matter and that the NYPD were best positioned to determine and execute an appropriate response.’ This is interesting: ‘We believe the group that broke into and occupied building is led by individuals who are not affiliated with the university. Sadly, this dangerous decision followed more than a week of what had been productive discussions with the representatives of the West Lawn encampment.’ It goes on to talk about security precautions that they are taking on campus, and they are making clear that the life of campus cannot be endlessly interrupted by protesters who violate the rules and the law.”ay.

Hannity: “You know, now these students that are being arrested, they will be released within hours, probably the charges dropped and there will be no consequences, which will only embolden them. Your thoughts?” Trump: “Well, I really think you have a lot of paid agitators, professional agitators in here too. I see it all over. You know, when you see signs and they are all identical, that means they are being paid by a source. These aren’t hand painted signs where people would go to their basement and paint something because they really believed it. These are all signs that are identical, made by the same printer. When you see that, that means there’s somebody up top that’s paying or a group that’s paying, and they are doing great disservice to the world, but they’re doing great disservice to our country. But when you look at New York and a state like this, but look at other cities, it’s not a lot different, it’s frankly worse in some places than it is now in New York. And I think New York City’s finest have been incredible. The way they’ve been — it’s not over yet, but the way they walked in and the way they climbed through that window, they were not afraid of anything and it looks like they’ve got it maybe clamped down. But it should have never gotten to this and they should have done it a lot sooner than before they took over the building, because it would’ve been a lot easier if they were in tents rather than a building. Tremendous damage done, too. You know, when you look at that building, that’s a landmark and it’s really been damaged badly by these people.” Hannity: “You know, when you go back to October 7th, Mr. President, the world witnessed the worst terrorist attack in Israel’s history. Probably there had been no president more supportive of Israel, I would argue, than you.”

PROTESTER 1: “They just barricaded us in.” PROTESTER 2: “Oh my f**king God!” PROTESTER 3: “They’re allowed to. They’re allowed to.” PROTESTER 2: “No f**king way! F**k you, it’s finals. Can I go home?”

TAPPER: “— bring in CNN’s Daniel Dale, our resident fact checker who will lay down some facts here, spit some hard facts about based on what we just heard from Donald Trump, that might not comport with the truth, Mr. Dale.” Dale: “They might not.” TAPPER: “What do you got for me?” Dale: “Jake, it’s a tradition now in these appearances I do after these post-court hearings for me to note that former President Trump said this is a Biden trial or this is a Biden indictment or Biden is the one who brought this case. I come out here and note correctly that that’s not true. It’s completely baseless. Again, for the, I don’t know how many times I’ve said this, this was a case brought by a locally elected prosecutor, Alvin Bragg. There is precisely zero evidence that President Biden has had any personal role in bringing the case. Former President Trump keeps invoking former DoJ official Matthew Colangelo, who went to work for DA Bragg’s office. There is no basis for any suggestion that President Biden personally put him there, ordered him there, etc. And then we have this laundry list of other claims. So, former President Trump, you know, said he should be campaigning in various states. Perhaps he would have been, we can’t, you know, check that hypothetical. But our Kristen Holmes keeps noting that even on the off days that former President Trump has, he tends to not be scheduling campaign events. He tends to be at Mar-a-Lago on the golf course, so the idea that he’d be out campaigning every day he’s in court, I think is dubious at best. Then he repeated a claim about another case. The Judge Engoron case where he says, he keeps saying Judge Engoron turned down the Appellate Division, refused to honor the decision of the appeals court in the civil fraud case involving Trump, his sons and his company. That’s not what happened. Engoron interpreted an appeals court decision in a way that former President Trump didn’t like, did not reject it. And then I’ll just note that at the same time former President Trump said that Judge Merchan presiding over this case is rushing this case through, and then that someone said to him, I’ve never sat this long in court before. So, he’s simultaneously complaining, like literally almost in the same breath the judge is going, making this go too fast and also is making it go too slow. It’s not really a fact check, but just wanted to note it, Jake.” TAPPER: “Well, it’s like saying that President Biden is a doddering, senile old fool who was also at the same time a criminal mastermind operating all of these different trials. I mean —“ Dale: “Fair.” TAPPER: “Pick a lane.” Dale: “Pick a lane. It’s a pick a lane.” TAPPER: “Yeah. Alright. Daniel Dale, thanks so much.”

Reporter: “Why should the university be obligated to provide food to people who have taken over a building?” STUDENT: “Well, for first of all, we’re saying that they’re obligated to provide food to students who pay for a meal plan here.” Reporter: “But you mentioned that there was a request that food and water be brought in. Unless I missed —“ STUDENT: “To allow it to be brought in. I mean, well, I guess it’s ultimately a question of what kind of community and obligation Columbia feels it has to its students. Do you want students to die of dehydration and starvation or get severely ill, even if they disagree with you? If the answer is no, then you should allow basic — I mean, it’s crazy to say because we’re on an Ivy League campus, but this is like basic humanitarian aid we’re asking for. Like, could people please have a glass of water?” Reporter: “But they did put themselves in that — very deliberately in that situation and in that position. So it seems like you’re sort of saying we want to be revolutionaries, we want to take up this building, now would you please bring us food and water?” STUDENT: “Nobody’s asking them to bring anything. We’re asking them to not violently stop us from bringing in basic humanitarian aid.” Reporter 2: “They’re stopping the delivery of food.” STUDENT: “We are looking for a commitment from them that they will not stop it.” Reporter 2: “But they haven’t stopped it.” STUDENT: “Well, I don’t — I’m not — I don’t know to what extent it has been attempted, but we’re looking for a commitment.”

BRZEZINSKI: “No, they’re adults and — go ahead.” HAASS: “I was just gonna say, it’s one half about the students. It’s also, Mika, about these authorities and the lack of them. Why are these school administrators, why are they abdicating their responsibility to this degree? This affects students. It affects outsiders. It affects teachers with tenure. The last I checked, tenure is supposed to give you intellectual protection so you can say things in classrooms. It doesn’t, seems to me, give you the ability to break the law with impunity. I just don’t understand. And you see also the difference on the campuses, between what’s happening on some, Chicago and Florida, as opposed to what’s happening at Columbia and others. There is an enormous gap in the principle and backbone we’re seeing here.” BRZEZINSKI: “Richard, to your point, I think that’s where we’ve all — that’s the place we’ve all been sitting in, watching this, going, ‘What the hell is going on? What are these universities doing? Why aren’t they doing something?’ And I’ll echo the horror that this does look like January 6th. What a terrible example for our students. At the same time, these are young adults. The question is, why do you choose to learn about the complexities of other situations around the world, but this one, you want to set up an encampment; this one, you want to scare people; this one, you want to come to the edge of violence or even go to violence.” SCARBOROUGH: “Not the edge. They’re breaking into buildings.” BRZEZINSKI: “This one you risk your future and your education for. See, I think these college students obviously are missing the part where they need to see what’s going on across the country with these protests, that it’s now in the realm of violence. It is in the realm of hatred, whether some are peaceful or not. They need to watch the news and look at all the different arguments and be adults or start learning to be adults and set up discussions and debates across college campuses, or their colleges and universities are going to have no choice but to expel them and ruin their future, the impact they want to have on the community, society and the world at some point.”

Trump: “The whole thing is a hoax. All of them are hoaxes, including the civil cases. They’re controlled by the White House, they’re controlled by Democrat judges and prosecutors that were put there specifically, they hate Trump. And the people are getting it. That’s why it just came out, the new Emerson poll just was released about two minutes ago and I’m leading by a lot in every swing state, I’m leading in the general election. You saw the CNN polls, I’m sure they aren’t too happy with it, but the CNN polls is fantastic. So, we’re here. This is a hoax. This is judge that’s conflicted, badly, badly, badly conflicted. I’ve never seen a judge so conflicted. Giving us virtually no rulings. I’m not even allowed to say, ‘Advice of counsel.’ This is a new one to me. Advice of counsel is when you have a lawyer and the lawyer does something or advises you on something, you say, ‘Advice of counsel.’ He said you’re not allowed to say that. So you’ll all figure it out, but I think the public has figured it out because the poll numbers are the highest they’ve ever been.”

Jones: “How do you feel about them taking over the building right now?” PRO-Palestine PROTESTER: “I think that their cause is a just cause, and I hope that the administration really hears their demands, I think their just demands.” Jones: “Do you feel like it was right to hold three of the janitor workers hostage with inside of the building?” PRO-Palestine PROTESTER: “I think that’s a really false narrative.” Jones: “That’s what they — the janitors are saying that they weren’t allowed to leave.” PRO-Palestine PROTESTER: “I think that’s a really fast narrative:” Jones: “Even if the janitors are saying that, you’re saying that that’s not true?” PRO-Palestine PROTESTER: “I think that it’s a really false narrative that students took anyone hostage.” Jones: “How do you feel about some of the Jewish students saying that they don’t feel safe here on campus?” PRO-Palestine PROTESTER: “I think that this is also really false narrative that’s being promoted.” Jones: “Do you think that October 7th attack that happened is a false narrative? Do you believe that some of the women were raped?” PRO-Palestine PROTESTER: “My colleague just came back on. One moment. Can you get out of my face, please?” Jones: “So this is what you see at these protests. Once you get into the nitty-gritty of what happened on October 7th, the rape of women, what’s happening there, they deny what happened. As you know, that is actually factual now, that the janitorial workers were blocked inside of the building. And any time you bring that up, the Jewish cause, the Jewish people, the kids that feel unsafe on campus, they deny the reality of it, guys.”

Wallace: “It’s one of the nicer traditions about Washington. For a night, at least, the president of the United States dines and then tries to entertain assembled members of the free press. The annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner is one of the symptoms, one of the signs of a healthy, functioning democracy, a one-night-only hiatus from the normal in Washington, an opportunity to suspend those more formal aspects of the relationship between a president and the news media. It’s a coming together and, at its core, the president doing everything right celebrates and honors the free press. Behind the levity, though, there was something darker, a darker undercurrent, if you will, and a point that the president had to make. And it was more profoundly serious. Because at this exact time next year, depending what happens in November, seven months from now, we can’t say for certain that there would even be a White House Correspondents’ Dinner or even a free press or even a White House press corps. Right? You don’t have to have one. Could be another norm Trump blows up. The stakes of the 2024 election were a living, breathing subplot of this year’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner. It came up in the jokes, came up in the inherent contrast between President Joe Biden, there in the room, and the coup-plotting, openly autocratic modeling of himself, Donald Trump, who wants to replace him. The ever-hilarious superstar Colin Jost of ‘Weekend Update’ on ‘Saturday Night Live’ finished his remarks on a serious note as well. He told a story about why his grandfather, outside President Joe Biden’s demographics, voted for Biden.” [Clip starts] JOST: “My grandfather, a Staten Island firefighter, voted for you, Mr. President. (Applause) He voted for you in the last election that he ever voted in. I mean, I’m sure someone else will vote twice in this election using his name, but that’s just how the democratic machine works. (Laughter) He voted for you, and the reason that he voted for you is because you’re a decent man.” [Clip ends] Wallace: “Decency. President Joe Biden, meanwhile, finished his remarks on a serious note as well. Watch.” [Clip starts] Clip startsg Biden: “The defeated former president has made no secret of his attack on our democracy. He said he wants to be a dictator on day one and so much more. He tells supporters he is their revenge and retribution. When in God’s name have you ever heard another president say something like that? And he promised a bloodbath when he loses again. We have to take this seriously. Eight years ago, we could have written it off as just Trump talk. But no longer. Not after January 6th. So tonight, I’d like to make a toast. To a free press. To an informed citizenry. To an America where freedom and democracy endure. God bless America.” [Clip ends] Wallace: “I’ve seen that toast a bunch of times, but it landed very differently this yea, because depending on what happens in November, seven months from right now, this time next year I might not be sitting here. There might not be a White House Correspondents’ Dinner or a free press. And while our democracy won’t exactly fall apart immediately without it, the real threat looms larger. A candidate with outward disdain not just for a free pres, but for all of our freedoms and for the rule of law itself.”

I just wonder, you know, is we‘ve been covering this and you really saw it hit a high point today at universities all across the United States from coast-to-coast how do you think that these schools should be approaching these protest in the opposite way that most of doing it. I mean, this what‘s great about democracy and free speech freedom of assembly freedom of not having a state religion. >> This is what every, those who came here, the white people came here wanting to escape that and so the lesson teaching the children of today in this case, gen z that we will, we will teach you. He will be, you we will call you if you want. >> None of them are committing any acts of violence. None of them are destroying the university worst, maybe in some people‘s minds are doing is holding signs let‘s say, free Palestine or from the river to the sea. This is the one that is constantly being thrown out there. Oh, look at this, this, the sign is frightening all the students from the river to the sea and it‘s like, well, why don‘t you talk to them? >> Because actually, first ball large numbers of these seats are Jewish students who are with the Palestinian students who together are forming these encampments. I don‘t know if that‘s been covered very much. How much I saw this one instance where the Palestinian students inviting the Jewish students into the encampment and then the next day they had a little nighttime entertainment in the encampment and the Palestinian students decided to do a Jewish folk dance for their fellow a protesters who are Jewish students yeah. Can I ask you that because there are some

Whenever someone last and an inappropriate moment, like, when nothing that mirrored laughter came before it’s a sign of a kind of unscented goofball. It’s a sign that — I mean if she was like lapping at an Instagram reel of a friend she in a bikini, I get it but she laughed when people say “how are you? Or goodbye. That’s not well. I have a coworker wants to give a — giggled all the time, we stayed away from her. Back to the sexist claim, that in itself is sexist because we wouldn’t find a man nervously chortling all the time as appealing either. Actually we will probably be harsher on him because, you know, we are allowed to be, you know, would get him away from the sharp objects. If anything is because she’s a woman woman that she’s allowed this lightweight status to giggle all the time that to me is sexist. Look at those polls and boastful numbers for Joe other debtors and Christie norms dog. [Laughter] Should be worried because he is looking like old dealer and that is — he was basically telling the press to do his job, not to do there’s. In those data points were from CNN and CBS saying that Joe is getting crushed, that’s okay hostess cupcakes telling your frosting gives you cancer. These are no longer outliers even though they maybe liars but these polls tell you everything about 2024. >> Jesse: truck is looking like is America’s choice for president which is the reason for the law fair. Do you want election interference? It’s in your face. Biden is a dead dog and tried to look like he’s going to win, the only strategy is to remove him through the courtroom are at least bring him as a felon and hope that that makes voters thank twice. They haven’t lied about that by the way. They’ve said it. I don’t know — if you and never from burqa I don’t know how you can be okay with this. You can hate strength and all you want but you don’t want to fight fare? I mean, you’re worse. You should be auctioned — ashamed of yourself.

Pelosi: “I mean, really, I have sympathy and respect for everybody who votes. I’m just glad people vote. I know some of them will always reject those of us who might look different to them in leadership or the rest, and that’s that. But there are those who have real legitimate concerns about immigration, globalization, innovation, and what does that mean for their job and their family’s future, and we have to address those concerns. And Joe Biden is doing that. Created 9 million jobs in his term in office. Donald Trump has the worst record of job loss of any president. So we just have to make sure people know.” Tur: “There was a global pandemic.” Pelosi: “He had the worst record of any president. We’ve had other concerns in our country. If you want to be an apologist for Donald Trump, that may be your role, but it ain’t mine.” Tur: “I don’t think that anybody can accuse me of that.” Pelosi: “And — wait, let me just say, as the speaker of the House, we put forth a $3 trillion bill, $3 trillion of investment in communities and the rest, and that stimulates the economy.”

Jean-Pierre: “That’s because of the work that this president has done. Black wealth jumped up by 60%. That’s important. That’s because of the work that this president has done. But we understand, especially as it relates to the black community, housing is important. We understand that prices, again, are too low. And so we’re going to do the work in the black community, yes, but also for all communities. And so having that conversation, and we believe this tour that the vice president is gonna do is important.”

HOSTIN: “The — the students are telling me this is a humanitarian crisis. What we also don’t talk enough about is the fact that 35,000 mainly women and children that are Palestinians have been murdered. What we also don’t talk about, I think enough, is that for some reason, the discussion of — against Israel’s policies which the U.N. has called war crimes, which the International Criminal Court is investigating as war crimes, what we don’t say is, these are people, these are civilians, and we must protect them. Even President Biden at this point has said, ‘You have gone too far.’”

BARTIROMO: “I got to get your take on what’s going on in this Manhattan DA’s courtroom where Donald Trump has been spending all his days. What is the crime?” DERSHOWITZ: “There is no crime. That’s why they’re putting on people like Pecker talking about catch and kill, they’re putting on McDougal, they’re putting on — there’s no crime. And you know, they ought to be very careful about this because the Supreme Court, the appellate court in — in — in Albany just reversed Harvey Weinstein’s conviction on the ground that they put in too much information that wasn’t really relevant to the case. And that’s what’s happening. There is no crime in Manhattan. You cannot figure out what the crime is. That’s why they’re putting on all this evidence of non-crimes, trying to persuade the jury that catch and kill is a crime. It’s not. Paying hush money is a crime. It’s not. Putting a corporate statement is a misdemeanor barred by the Statute of Limitations. You can’t suddenly resurrect that and turn that into a crime by invoking a federal statute which the federal government refused to invoke.” BARTIROMO: “Yeah.” DERSHOWITZ: “And Federal Election Commission refused to invoke. There is no crime.” BARTIROMO: “Wow.” DERSHOWITZ: “And if it’s Donald Trump today, they can go after you tomorrow, and your relatives tomorrow, for something that isn’t a crime. That’s why every American —“ BARTIROMO: “Wow.” DERSHOWITZ: “— whether you’re a Democrat [indecipherable] should be opposed to what’s going on in that Manhattan courtroom. It’s a scandal and it’s a destruction of America’s rule of law.”
