Around a month ago, I made a video discussing the extended trailer/short film for Doctor Who: The Collection Season 15 which featured Louise Jameson as Leela, a returning character from the classic era, and how it made the trailer for Ncuti Gatwa's first season look like a joke as the like to dislike ratio was and is much better than the ratio for Russell T Davies' first season of his second era on the BBC YouTube channel and it also managed to gather far more views in a shorter amount of time and still does have a higher view count. However, we have got some sad news as one of the main people working on these collection extended trailers has said that they have plans to scrap them as they are very hard to make and they are running out of ideas. I believe that this is an excuse and the reason why they are getting rid of them as they are taking eyes off the upcoming era and are making it look inferior as not a lot of people care about the episodes to come as they are going to be superficially charged and will include completely uninteresting characters. Many are looking to Russell T Davies, RTD, for answers when it comes to the upcoming era of Doctor Who which will feature Ncuti Gatwa as the Fifteenth Doctor and Millie Gibson as Ruby Sunday, and understandably so. However, former Showrunner, Steven Moffat, recently did an interview where he was asked whether he would return to the franchise and he assured fans that he has no plans to do so and doesn't want to say anything negative about the current state of the franchise as his statements would be everywhere very quickly and that the property is fine without him. We are currently in the lead-up to Ncuti Gatwa's first season of Doctor Who featuring Millie Gibson as Ruby Sunday but we do need to take a little step back for a moment and look at the Jodie Whittaker era once more as it was brought up on the BBC game show "Pointless" and the conversation was very revealing and not in a good way. Not even 1 person out of 100 people was able to name a single Chibnall-era episode and this just proves that the audience rejected his woke garbage as the sci-fi franchise has been brought up on this game show numerous times before and at least a single person has been able to answer but not when it comes to the Whittaker era. After the 2023 Doctor Who Christmas special "The Church on Ruby Road" aired, fans were also provided with a teaser trailer for the upcoming season featuring Ncuti Gatwa as the Fifteenth Doctor and Millie Gibson as his companion, Ruby Sunday. According to many articles, new Doctor Who actor, Ncuti Gatwa, was told off by Russell T Davies for using profanity whilst in his costume. Doctor Who's 2023 Christmas Special "The Church on Ruby Road" will arrive in 10 days and for the most part, it looks like garbage. Ncuti Gatwa's Fifteenth Doctor is seen dancing in a nightclub in the trailer and that doesn't fit with the behaviour of our beloved Time Lord from Gallifrey that we have been following for nearly 60 years (I say nearly 60 because I don't consider anything from Jodie onwards to be canon) We get our first look at Millie Gibson's Ruby Sunday and she looks lovely and sweet but at the end of the day, I don't know what to expect from her. The Giggle, the last episode of Doctor Who's 60th anniversary specials absolutely ruined any chance of this show being restored to its former glory. This story makes Chris Chibnall's The Timeless Children look like a minor inconvenience to the canon, which is saying a lot. RTD has destroyed the emotional impact of regeneration by making it so that every incarnation of the Doctor is still out there due to bi-generation. Speaking of that, when David Tennant's 14th Doctor regenerates into Ncuti Gatwa's 15th Doctor, it utilises this bi-generation concept, Ncuti effectively splits off from Tennant. Not only that, the TARDIS gets duplicated so nothing matters anymore, thanks a lot Russell T Davies. It is also implied that The Toymaker, played by Neil Patrick Harris, has been playing games with the Doctor's history so there are timelines where he is The Timeless Child and ones where he is not as well as timelines where other instances did and did not happen simultaneously. Wild Blue Yonder, the second episode of Doctor Who's 60th anniversary specials was not a large improvement over The Star Beast. The episode race-swapped Sir Isaac Newton and had a bunch of woke messaging. Chris Chibnall's The Timeless Children was even further canonised by RTD in this story.
