Much of our DNA is in an unconscious space. People understand the two strands that are well defined. However, there is a great deal more that is our connection to the universal light, and our soul. As the entire planet continues to ascend to the higher vibration, there is more and more of our DNA that is expanding and will continue to expand. This meditation took place on July 1st just before the 4th, Independence Day in the US. We were able to tap into those energies of freedom and use them to clear out old beliefs, old emotional baggage, whatever might be holding us back. You also had a chance to look at what you were manifesting while still grounded and in the All That Is. This gives you a chance to create change at a very deep level. This meditation came right before the Summer / Winter Solstice which caused an amplifying of the energies. While in the All That Is, the Goddess asked you to look at your life and answer the question, 'Are you happy'? What I remember was that she also was thinking, are you content in your life and yet the question of happiness created more space for people to heal. I struggled with the title of this channel. I wanted to include in the title ‘You have arrived’ because that was an important message while in the All That Is. however, I believe that it was even more important to talk about frequencies. During this time of transformation, more than any other time people need to become aware of what frequencies are, how they can impact you, and what you can do with them. This is only the meditation, check out the live stream for comments and Q&A. The Wesak/ Vesak festival occurs every year in May on the Full Moon which this year is May 23rd. I have no idea why I kept feeling as if it had passed! So you will hear that. Perhaps it is that most will hear this after the fact. The Christ & Buddha energies are more powerful than ever because Earth has ascended. So too, each one of them came with their family or what felt like an Entourage. This Eclipse is the game changing experience for everyone and everything on Earth. This adjusts the frequency to the higher level in a permanent way. My sense is that people will look back on this day and Know that it was pivotal. In this meditation, you experience the energy of the Eclipse, you literally walk into it if you so choose. This is transformative and it activates strands of your DNA. In addition, as we looked towards the Universe, I could see ships and planets where massive numbers of beings were focusing on us and sending prayers, love, and intention into all that was happening. Some people will call the next few weeks 'eclipse season'. There are several huge eclipses that will take place and this meditation is an opportunity to clear your past so as to be open to the future. Many of the energies we have been waiting for -- those of high vibration are coming in at this time and it will create change in our world. As people open up to their intuition, sometimes it is hard to understand, where did that come from? Especially as people are opening up, it can be confusing. Many are accustomed to hearing the voices in their mind and think it is always the soul. However, it can also be your ego. Your ego knows only this lifetime, your soul knows many lifetimes. First off I apologize for the blurry image. I started the conference about 5 minutes late because I was trying to fix it. It clears up about halfway through. What caused it??? I don't know. During this channel, we have a chance to work with ourselves and receive insights from three different perspectives. When we look at the last several channels from the Goddess, we can see a pattern where she is helping us step by step to become more aware of our soul, alignment with our soul, and relationships through our soul. As we all move through this time of ascension, this becomes absolutely essential. While we are still grounded, the Goddess speaks about intuition and our Chakras. We have to integrate or work continuously through our Chakras in order to help our physical bodies shift into the higher frequencies. At this point, there are many who have no idea what that may be, but it will become very commonplace. The more we integrate or understand, the easier our spiritual gifts can work for us. When we get to the All That Is, we see our soul depicted as a flame in front of us. This flame can be any color, for some reason, the most common colors I see are purple/ indigo, white, magenta, and silver. It is also important to note that the color changes as you change, as perceptions change so if it does as you repeat this meditation, don’t let that distract you. As you are present in front of the flame, the Goddess takes you through four primary ways that people sense energy or receive messages. She began with sensing the flame, what did it feel like, and what perceptions did you receive. She then moved to visual, what do you see, can you see within, what other detail? Next, she spoke about hearing. For some, they don’t see or feel, but they can hear tones and pitches. Lastly was the knowing. For many of these, there are no specific details, just a knowing about what is there. All of these are basic ways you can expand your intuition. If one way is stronger, work on the others. This is just the meditation portion of the video. In this, the Goddess of Creation takes us further into the Crystalline Energy. There was a massive influx that came in over the Lion's Gate on August 8th. Now this is really nudging people to become focused, take advantage of the potential, and create changes in life. This meditation took place two days before the actual Lion’s Gate which is August 8th. Even if you are reading, listening, or watching at a later time, you can still tap into the energies. Starting with the Solstice in June of this year, there has been a massive collection of energy coming towards Earth. In the past, we have heard about solar flares and their impact. In fact, we have all felt the effect of them many, many times. A solar flare usually originates from the Central Sun or that type of location. This is different. It is created from the pure crystalline energy which has only recently been integrated into the Earth. It does not have any alignment with the duality of the 3rd dimension and therefore helps us in creating change. So too, the more that we are in the crystalline energy, it is easier to manifest because it is less dense.

There is consciousness within everything. This meditation will help you to align with your own, then determine your alignment with others. The collective consciousness of the Earth has shifted dramatically and you can feel that change. As we aligned with the consciousness of the All That Is, we began to receive codes that will upgrade us. This can truly anchor you as it creates balance and expansion. This channel occurred just before the June Solstice; summer for some, winter for some. It is very powerful first of all creating a deeper alignment with your soul. As you probably know, your soul is massive, however, this channel helps you to create a deeper alignment. We then had the opportunity to see how the planets align so that the energy from the Central Sun sends vast amounts of light frequencies into the Earth. What was super cool, was that we had a chance to step into the light of the solstice, and there we could feel ourselves transmuted in this sparkling light.
