I recorded the modern game on the PS4 and the retro game from Nintendo Switch. Asha, the warrior protagonist of the game, is involved in a serious incident that will affect the survival of her world. Our green-haired heroine doesn’t have to save the world all alone, and sets off on an adventure with her cute flying friend, the blue Pepelogoo. Asha and the Pepelogoo have to work together to become the heroes the world needs them to be. The road ahead is long - will they be able to save their world? This port of Super Mario Bros on the 1979 Mattel Electronics Intellivision is incredible. Super Mario Bros. is a Nintendo classic for the original Nintendo Entertainment System (or NES). Every once in a while, somebody releases a port of a classic NES game on the Intellivision and each time, the port is amazing. It might have had a fighting chance against the Super Nintendo (SNES) and Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) Welcome to a new series of videos called, “Video Game Excitement.” We will look at some titillating video games. By the way, you can use that word in a completely benign way. First up Nexzr on the PC Engine CD. I never played this as a kid, but man did it hook me, immediately. I can’t get past level one, but the graphics are phenomenal, and the music is spectacular! The game looks and sounds great. Games like this might have given the system a fighting chance in the American market against Nintendo and Sega. I (wrongly) thought the TurboGrafx 16 was a joke. A friend had one and I would play it, but I always compared it to the more popular consoles. The one game I liked was “Air Zonk.” I now own in several ways. I did a video recently comparing the the PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions of Rolling Gunner. In this (formerly) live stream, I play the Nintendo Switch version of Rolling Gunner + Over Power. With its reliance on BAC, humanity had forgotten how to operate even basic transportation, let alone weapons. After the attacks from BAC and the subsequent social chaos, the human population was reduced by half. However, there was a group within Lerman Matsunaga that foresaw the dangers of a dependence on Buster Engines and the BAC that controlled them. This group led the third stage of energy development, an anti-BAC weapon developed in secret that would render Busterium inert, called the Rolling Gun. Demons of Asteborg by Neofid Studios is an original and challenging new 2D game, mixing action, small puzzles and strategy for the Sega Genesis (Sega Mega Drive) and Nintendo Switch. This 16-bit game will bring back many memories for retro fans. It is a platform-based game with some metroidvania elements inspired by a lot of others MegaDrive/Genesis titles like Ghouls’n Ghosts, Castlevania, Mickey Mania, Space Harrier or Panzer Dragoon. I bought the ROM of the game and it would not work on the Analogue Mega Sg with an Everdrive, but works fine on the MiSTer.
