In this video, I turn the concept on its head and instead of looking for a better signal, I go for a worse one by using S-Video cables. I originally looked for a Sony S-Video cable, but I couldn't find one, at a reasonable price, so I bought Insurrection Industries S-Video cable. The PS2 has an incredible library, but the video quality leaves a bit to be desired. The consensus is to put component or SCART cables into a scaler, like the RetroTink. Nintendo heavily censored many of their games back in the NES and early SNES lifespan. Once the ratings boards came to be, Nintendo lightened up on the censorship significantly.
