In this video, I turn the concept on its head and instead of looking for a better signal, I go for a worse one by using S-Video cables. I originally looked for a Sony S-Video cable, but I couldn't find one, at a reasonable price, so I bought Insurrection Industries S-Video cable. The PS2 has an incredible library, but the video quality leaves a bit to be desired. The consensus is to put component or SCART cables into a scaler, like the RetroTink. Nintendo heavily censored many of their games back in the NES and early SNES lifespan. Once the ratings boards came to be, Nintendo lightened up on the censorship significantly. "SILPHEED" is a vertical scrolling 3D shooter game released by GAMEARTS in 1986. The player boards the air fighter SA-08 SILPHEED and sets out to crush the insurgency. The Sega CD port is an enhanced version of the game. In this video, I show both. The game's story concerns a space war campaign when terrorists—led by a man named Xacalite—hack into the mother computer of Earth, granting them control over all the space weaponry of the solar system. The Earth's only hope is a small fleet outside the computer's reach, provided with a squadron of SA-77 Silpheed dogfighters (referred to as "prototypes" in the manual for the PC version).
