In this video, we revisit our setup in the bed of the Chevy Colorado ZR2 AEV Bison. We have had our ARB Twin Air Compressor in on of our Decked Drawer System ammo cans for some time. The ability to turn the compressor on/off has been wired into our SPOD Bantam XD switch panel in the cab. Our panel is full, and we want to free up a space, so we made the decision to put into use the ARB switch we received with the compressor, and at the same time, move to the the bed with the compressor itself. This video shows the steps we did to finish off this work. We had to to some break down of the Decked System to do this. That being the case, it was easy because we had some space and we had a fuse block already present to wire up the switch. Take a look at what we did. Enjoy! For the third year in a row we attended the Southeast Adventure Vehicle Expo (https://thesaveexpo.com/), which was located at the F.I.R.M. (https://gorally.com/) in Starke, FL for the second straight year. This is an amazing event to get the off-road, overland, wheeling, camping, and van communities together. The mix of vendors and activities are great to see in the Southeast. This even had camping, vendor are, raffles, food truck, and off-road course, and an obstacle course. The vendors came out from all over the country. This was the biggest one yet! In this video, we take you around the obstacle course. We also mix in shots of other vehicles taking on the challenge. We had a super fun time. Having a course like this is really unique to this expo. It is such a beautiful setting, it will take your breath away. Because of its location, camping here in ONF at this location can be a part of an off-road or overland adventure that you are currently planning. The area is also along the route of The Florida Adventure Trail (F.A.T.), so definitely include it as part of your overlanding trip, if you are doing the FAT. On this episode or our Florida Adventure Trail (F.A.T.) series we stay a little closer to home. The Central Florida legs of the FAT drop down to be only about an hour north of us. That being the case, we make a short trip up to off-road in Croom Wildlife Management area which is part of the Withlacoochee State Forest. Not only is it cool to come to Croom to cover the route for the FAT, but we are revisiting the first location that we went off-road after buying the AEV Bison. We hadn't been back since, so it was cool to see what was happening there. The route took us onto some trails that we hadn't been on, so that was fund. I even got to break out the drone.
