I bought the two smallest crankbaits I've ever seen at Walmart. I tested them out in my pond on light tackle. They caught bluegill, green sunfish and largemouth bass. The panfish in my pond were following and swiping at these tiny crankbaits. After fishing with these tiny crankbaits I realized that I have other Creme Lures in my tacklebox that I really like. I traveled down to the East Pass of the Sabine River, just North of Sabine Lake. I spent a couple hours taking in the beauty of South Louisiana and catching slot redfish. I used one of my favorite lures, ghe KVD square bill crankbait. This was craw colored 1.5 and I use it for bassfishing and catching redfish. Fishing is my Therapy! Follow Me!

In this video I had a front yard bass fishing therapy session. I only used one bait, which was a Deep Creek Lures finesse worm. I do fish this pond with full size rod and reels, but often I reach for my small rig with light test monofilament line which makes for a fun fight with the smaller bass, bream and sunfish. In this video I fished both Rutherford and Holly Beaches. I used cut bait and frozen shrimp. I should have cast netted for fresh mullet in order to properly target redfish, but I still enjoyed reeling in the catfish. This video was filmed with my ancient GoPro Hero 3.
