Should you fast?
Well, I think everyone should fast - at least some times! We see AMAZING benefits from fasting.
1. Weight Loss – particularly belly fat loss
2. Increased Energy
3. Immune Boosting
4. Releases Human Growth Hormone (HGH) – fat-burning, lean muscle building
5. Balances Blood Sugar and Insulin Levels
6. Balances Hormone, Ghrelin – the “hunger hormone”

8. May Increase Longevity

You must choose the appropriate fast for you, your body type and your end goals and then PREPARE AHEAD!! You do NOT want to go off coffee/caffeine cold-turkey nor do you want to binge on “crap food” the days before. Otherwise your fasting experience could be fairly challenging!
