Top 10 Rock & Roll Groupies 💔 Then and Now
Nobody knows quite when the idea of a “groupie” first came to be. The term itself dates from the mid-1960s, but the idea of young women throw ng themselves at their musical heroes dates back decades before that, probably even further. One can almost imagine a young Austrian lass frantically waving her corset as Motzart breaks into his “Magic Flute.”
Anyways, we don't think about corsets and operas when we think about groupies, we think about rock and roll. I’m Nostalgic Nick for Doyouremember, and today we’ll be looking at some of the most important groupies in the history of Rock n Roll. Be sure to hit the thumbs up and subscribe to our channel, but now, let’s get to the ladies who had rock stars wrapped around their fingers.

10 Famous Women Elvis DATED
Who were the women in Elvis' life? Here is a list of the women Elvis Presley had relationships with.
Women couldn't help falling in Love with Elvis.... and Elvis, ...well he couldn't help falling in love with them… even if they were married.
If wise men say that only fools rush in, then Elvis Presley made fools of us all, because who couldn’t help falling in love with the king of Rock “n” Roll? With his jet black hair, swaying hips, and sultry croon, Elvis was the biggest sex symbol in the world for more than two decades. The ladies found him irresistible, and he struggled to resist them too. Over the course of his tragically short career, Elvis dated numerous women, including some of the biggest names in Hollywood.

The Tragic Life of Paul Lynde
We take a deep dive into the Tragic Life of Paul Lynde. The cameras didn’t show the conflicted, embittered man who thought his passions and skills were being wasted. And although after a hard day of work, Americans everywhere got to forget about their troubles while giggling at the pure clownish behavior coming from that center square, behind the scenes, Paul was just as unsettled and lost as his eager viewers.

10 WEIRDEST MISHEARD LYRICS OF ALL TIME
We’ve all been there. Happily singing along to a song with our friends, until you notice that they’re all staring at you in disbelief. “Nick,” they say, “Do you really think this city was built on Sausage Rolls? Because it’s actually “We built this city on Rock n’ Roll.” Oh, the shame. The embarrassment! But I’m here to say, Everyone mishears lyrics from time to time. So much so that there’s even a term for it. A Mondegreen. Writer Sylvia Wright coined the term in 1954 after hearing the line “laid him on the green” in a Scottish ballad as “Lady Mondegreen.” And Mondegreens have been ever-present in pop music since. I’m nostalgic Nick for Doyouremember and today we’re going to be taking a look at some of the most ridiculously misheard lyrics in music history. I’ll say this slowly as to avoid A Mondegreen.

BAYWATCH (TV Series) 💥 CAST THEN AND NOW 2021
Hey there! I am so out of breath… I was out practicing my “Baywatch running” skills. I’m sure everyone remembers the iconic slow-motion shots. But, I think I’ll leave that to the lifeguards. Let’s head back to Santa Monica Bay.
“Don't you worry
It's gonna be alright
'Cause I'm always ready” to talk about one of my favorite shows from the 90s: Baywatch!
I’m your host Nostalgic Nick, and today we’re catching up with the lifeguards of Los Angeles County.
Baywatch became so popular that several direct-to-home videos were created along with a spin-off series, but more on all of that later! The show was actually canceled after its first season… “Mitch Please” (said sarcastically like “bitch please”)
But lucky for us, a certain Hasselhoff swam out to the drowning television series and pulled it back to safety. What a guy:
Cast:
David Hasselhoff as Mitch Buchannon
Pamela Anderson as C.J. Parker
Alexandra Paul as Stephanie Holden
Nicole Eggert as Summer Quinn

Top 10 Cartoons of the 1970s
Top 10 Best Cartoons of the Seventies
Superheroes, robots, and ghosts – the '70s were a weird time. Growing up there were two types of Saturday Morning cartoons. The first type you didn’t really care about - if you had to run to the kitchen for more fruity pebbles or take a quick detour to the bathroom it’s an acceptable loss. Then there’s the second type, which you wouldn’t miss a second of even if the sky was falling. Maybe it was Johnny Quest… or maybe it was The Smurfs. Some cartoons are so special that you can’t tear your eyes away from them. Every decade had them, but the 1970s had some of the best of them all. I’m Nostalgic Nick for Doyouremember, and today we’re going back to the 70s to take a look at some of the best cartoons of all time. Be sure to subscribe to our channel, but for now, on to the toons!

Top 10 '50s Songs You Forgot Were Awesome
Time for a Blast from the past. There are some songs that will never disappear from the cultural zeitgeist. I’m sure “Hey Jude” will be played for forever, and I think it’s literally illegal to have a wedding and not play “Shout.” Whether they’re undeniably fantastic or just have their perfect place and time, these songs will never be forgotten. Then there’s the other side of that coin. Songs that were massive hits but have been largely lost to the sands of time. And today we’re going to be looking at the second group. As the 1950s get farther and farther away - remember everyone, 1950 wasn’t just fifty years ago anymore - more and more of the songs that people loved are relegated to the history books. This is unfortunate because some of this absolute rock! So let’s revive them today, I’m Nostalgic Nick for Doyouremember, be sure to subscribe to our channel for more fun throwbacks. But for now… drumroll please, (drumroll which gets cray) -OK OK, thank you. let’s remember some hits.

Top 10 '70s Songs You Forgot Were Awesome
Top 10 '70s Songs You Forgot Were Awesome
Just because a song was a massive hit does not mean that it has staying power. After all, Barry Sadler’s “Ballad of the Green Berets” was the number one single of 1966, beating out both “Good Vibrations” and “California Dreaming.” And when was the last time you were singing along to Sadler’s lyrics? Despite its popularity, at the time it’s just not a song played at your local department store. Lots of songs that were massive successes in their time and were actually fantastic hardly get any airplay today.

Married With Children Officially Ended After This Happened
If there’s one thing Married with Children taught us it’s that love and marriage go together like a horse and a carriage! Well, ole’ Frankie blue eyes taught us that, each week with the theme song. The actual show was a bit different. Try and separate Married from its risque premise, and you wouldn’t really have the show at all.
So Just how did we get the most memorable sitcom that pushed all the boundaries, Turns out, a lot happened behind the scenes. And although this show put a Network on the Map, Some episodes were too racy to make. And haters of the show had a part in saving the series. I’m your host Nostalgic Nick and it’s time to go behind the display and check out the secrets in the back. If the shoe fits, be sure to give this video a thumbs up for us. And subscribe to our channel, so you catch the next trip down memory lane. Without further ado, let’s rock!

CHARLIE'S ANGELS 💜 THEN AND NOW 2020
SUGGEST MOVIE OR TV SERIES FOR REVIEW IN THE COMMENTS
Who doesn’t want to watch three bombshell beauties fight crime and solve mysteries? Charlie's Angels is an American crime drama television series that aired from September 22, 1976, to June 24, 1981. That opening theme was so memorable, I can still hear Charlie in my head, Once upon a time, there were three little girls who went to the police academy.
Although many people saw the show as just, ‘Jiggle TV’ with a focus on sex appeal, those angels showed off their acting chops, and with interesting and clever plots, excellent guest stars, and gorgeous angels, what’s not to like.

THE UNTOLD TRUTH 💚 TED CASSIDY
Large and loveable - Lurch was the Addams Family butler, but ironically Ted Cassidy didn’t want this to be the role that he was known for! Ted Cassidy hated that Hollywood had typecast him as a monster - it felt very similar to the bullying he had faced as a child. So let’s find out how Cassidy became so successful despite huge odds stacked against him.
Cassidy actually got his start on radio and was one of the first people to interview eyewitnesses in the aftermath of JFK’s assassination. This wasn’t Cassidy’s only experience working in radio though - he later recorded a song called “The Lurch” which inspired a 60s dance craze.
And if you’re lucky maybe I’ll teach you how to do the Lurch! I’m your host – Nostalgic Nick! If you enjoy this deep dive, please make sure to give it a thumbs up and subscribe to our channel so you never miss an episode! Let’s Lurch on in!

THE UNTOLD TRUTH 💚 YVONNE DE CARLO ( LILY MUNSTER )
This one is really special! Known as the most beautiful woman in the world, Yvonne De Carlo managed to completely remake herself as the ghoulish, hilarious Lily Munster, her most famous role. The Munsters are making the rounds in the cultural zeitgeist once again, after a very unsubtle (and spoiler-heavy) nod from Marvel’s recent WandaVision miniseries. Now a whole new generation can get in on the fun—and discover what makes this delightfully frightening family so exciting to watch. I’m Nostalgic Nick from DoYouRemember and today, we’re going to look
at the life of Yvonne De Carlo— a prolific actress with over 100 television and film credits including her legendary role as Lily Munster, the matriarch of The Munsters. As always, we would appreciate a like and subscribe. Without further ado, let’s “run away screaming” into the video:
