Chewbacca loves watching the PPC’s & PPG’s flying around. He’s got that Elvis lip going again. Every year on private “Rebel Field”, the owner organizes “Fly it if you got it” fly-in. You can camp, participate, or just be a spectator and hang out as long as you like. Pet & kid friendly. They have food venders and fireworks too.

October is here and so are the pumpkins! Sometimes ours go missing! Chewbacca is the culprit!

We discovered Chewbacca loves water, and dirt. Lake James is the cleanest water in Western NC, that's the best place to take your doggies to swim. The CraigCat is a small compact powerboat.

Chewbacca the Shorkie meets his nephew Cyrus, the worlds gentlest pitty-pup. it was love at first sight the day they met. Pit bulls get a bad rap and mostly suffer at the hands of irresponsible owners. They are the most abused and misunderstood dog breed. Pit bulls are the most tolerant dogs.The breed isn't the problem, the owner is. Thank you to my daughter, who enlightened me by the example she leads in raising a pit bull. Chewbacca and Cyrus become best buds! Autumn 2019.

Introduction: Chewbacca's first video. Chewbacca came to us with his name in place. He certainly is a hairy Wookiee! He adjusted very quickly here. Now he has a forever home living his best life! This video was dedicated to his former humans that could no longer take care of him due to family emergency.

Dog days of summer 2020. Chewbacca the Shorkie loves water adventures and exploring the great outdoors. As panic shuts down many places, the lakes and the mountains are always there to behold. Some fun in the sun enjoying nature is fantastic therapy. Hope this video puts a smile on your face.
