Without a Doubt The Boxer is one of the Best and still, one of the Most Important songs ever written, and it comes from Simon and Garfunkel's album, Bridge Over Troubled Water, which is one of the Best Albums ever created as well... Within the Brain Trust of Simon and Garfunkel, Paul Simon wrote the Songs and then He and Art Garfunkel went to work Arranging and Producing the Songs, exactly the way they wanted them to Sound...and it was here where Art Garfunkel was more than just a Special Voice, he was a Man of VISION, who could SEE where these Brilliant songs needed to get to in their finished forms, and went to any and all lengths to ensure that they did... On the Boxer, there is a Sound and a FEELING to the Song, that is as much a Character within the Song as the Fighter himself...the Song's Lyrics were entirely Biblically Inspired, and thus, the Feel of the Song was that it was yet another Psalm from the Pages of the Bible itself, where the Prodigal Son and Daughter found themselves completely LOST within the Culture of Modern Cities where Up is Down, Right is Left and the Truth is a Lie...and where a Man comes to Hear what he wants to Hear and disregards the Rest... Thus, the Protagonist needed to go on an Honest Journey, but wherever he went, the Mean Streets of City Life, Kicked Him and Cut Him til he Bled Freely from all of his EMOTIONAL Wounds, and Deep Feelings of Loneliness, Lack of Purpose and Helplessness, all the while being drawn to those Poorer Quarters where the Ragged People go, going to Places ONLY THEY would Know... On Tom Petty's Last Three Studio Albums (all Distributed and Marketed by Tom Petty himself), Petty INCREASED the stakes for what he had done his entire Career with his Music, which was taking HEAD SHOTS at the Cabal, and this Album, the Last DJ, started this ALL OUT WAR against Organized Society and its Masters, the Canaanites... When Money Becomes King was a Loosely based Allegory about the Legend and Career of Elvis Presley, who was Born into a Super Star right in front of America's Eyes, exploding Outwards with Lightning Energy in all of his Songs and Performances...Elvis gave us his Heart and Soul as he did ALL of it as a True Expression of himself, he did it for the Love of the Music, and for the Love of his Fans, rather than for the Love of Money... But as Col. Parker took a Deeper hold upon Elvis' Performing Career, and the decisions became more and more about the Money, especially for Col. Parker, then the Songs SLOWLY began to weaken, as did the Performances, and by the end, it was all more about Col. Parker's Needs and 'Lite-Beer Commercials' than it was the HEART of Rock and Roll... Now, WE KNOW that most of this was a Plan, devised by Elvis, allowing him to slow down his Public Life (with Plausible Deniability in Faking extra Body Weight and Injuries), and then adding Body DOUBLES to his Las Vegas Performances...allowing Elvis to perform at his PEAK, for all of his CLANDESTINE Work, which he actually Loved Best...however, within the confines of the Rock and Roll INDUSTRY, this is what we slowly saw more and more of, Wealthy and Famous Rock Stars, looking to take things 'Easier', while continuing to draw in even more wealth...again, I would argue that MOST of this was just Cover, like Elvis had done, but the Narrative was quite real, as was the Message... MONEY Destroys the Integrity and Original Purpose in ALL THINGS it comes into contact with...writing Songs, creating Albums, going on Tour and Performing Live have NOTHING to do with Money, Fame and Fortune; rather, they have EVERYTHING to do with EXPRESSING OURSELVES from the INSIDE OUT, and Freely Sharing this TALENT with the rest of the World, as a Service from the Self to All Others... And this is why Tom Petty wrote the Song, and SAVAGED everyone who participated in the Game of MONEY OVER INTEGRITY, because what is Produced out of these Circumstances is SHIT, no matter who is creating the Product... Without a doubt XTC became one of the Very Best Bands within Roll the Rock Music...the Brainchild of both Andy Partridge (Guitar and Keyboards) and Colin Moulding (Bass and Keyboards), both from Swinton, Wiltshire, England (West of London and South of Oxford), these two, along with their most excellent Bandmates, Dave Gregory on Guitar and Terry Chambers on Drums, created a Band for the Ages that defied Categorization as the Songs of Partridge and Moulding continued to Morph and Mature as their own Personal Energies Matured within each of them, eventually becoming one the 'Finest Bottles of English Wine' ever crafted...Albums like English Settlement, Skylarking, Oranges and Lemons and Nonsuch are some of the BEST ALBUMS ever created, and as a Young Man, I wore out Drums and Wires... Chalkhills and Children is the Final Track on their spectacular album, Oranges and Lemons, as the Song takes us across the Vast Landscape of Andy Partridge's Mind, and the Chalkhills of Swindon and the Southwest of Great Britain...the Song is Partridge's Secret for Staying Grounded to both Mother Earth (of whom both He and Colin Moulding have a Profound Love for) and to God... The Chalkhills are an Allegory for the Dream-like State of Man, when we enter Deep Within ourselves via Meditation, Seeking for the Connection to God...our Mind Rises, and we begin to Fly Deep Within, and eventually Without as well...and as Andy Partridge would soar like this, it came to him just how much he Loved his Native Land, the Raw Beauty of the Mother Earth, and how it our Children that Keep us Grounded to Mother Earth, Humble in Her Gorgeous Ways of Service to All Life... I know that virtually All of You Know and Love this Song from The Hollies, but I am certain that none of you ever thought there was anything SPIRITUAL about the Lyrics, perhaps just the opposite of Spiritual...but, nonetheless, when you take a Deeper Look into the Song's lyrics, it is so clear that this is what Allan Clarke was writing about, with endless Clues to support it... The Title for this Classic Donovan Song is a mixture of Two Words, one, Resolution, as in a New Year's Resolution, where we RE - SOLVE ourselves to Change for the Better, and two, Revolution, where by committing to this Change, we REVOLVE our Lives from one state to another... And the Overriding Theme of the Song is to not only be a Dreamer, but a DOER, where we Transform our Lives into a Series of Adventures, by DOING what we can Dream Up, to the Best of our Abilities...which is exactly how God INTENDED us to Live from the Beginning... Steve Miller's Tale of a Modern 'Bonnie and Clyde' is important because within this Riveting Story he Spins, Miller lays out how 'Kids' like Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker come into this Sad Reality, All the Time... X is the Best and Most Iconic American 'Punk Rock' Band that came out of the Late Seventies, where Rock Music began to savagely attack not only Organized Society, but Politics and Politicians as well... The Music and Direction of the Band, X, came from its Two Principle Songwriters, one time Boyfriend and Girlfriend, John Doe and Exene Cervenka...and what set their Brilliant Songs apart from most other 'Punk Rock' Bands, was their never-ending Focus upon Going Within the Mind to escape All of the Sin, Distractions and Temptations of the 'Out There' World...without a doubt, they focused their lyrics upon the Desire to Discover God within ourselves, and to Never Trust the proverbial 'Hands of Man', and this Song was no different... Yet another Breathtaking Song from Robbie Robertson's first, self-titled, Solo Album, Fallen Angel, which Robbie dedicated to his former Band Member from, The BAND, Richard Manuel, who was truly an Earth Angel who constantly BLED for the Living upon God's Good Green Earth, in the Face of an Unspeakable Evil that we had allowed to Rule over us... Over the Years, the Evilness of this World took a Terrible Toll on Richard Manuel's Life, and eventually he fell into a prolonged Battle with Drug and Alcohol Addictions, which led to a further Fall, when he began to steal from those around him, just to fuel his addictions...by the Eighties, Richard Manuel had become only a Shell of what he Truly was, and then on March 4th, 1986, Manuel allegedly committed suicide and died 34 days before his next Born Day, he was 43 years old... Now, for Robbie Robertson, who had his EYE Open and could See, he Knew what the Life and Death of Richard Manuel Symbolized for us all, that even the Best of Us, the Kindest, and the Most Loving, could succumb to the Evils of this World, and that we must therefore, re-commit Ourselves to Living BETTER LIVES, where we Stood Tall for Simple, but Powerful Symbols of Life and what was Good... This was the Essential Theme for Robertson's first Solo Album, which I have rated as one of the Best and Most Important Albums of all time...and Fallen Angel is an essential Track from an Album of Essential Tracks, because within both the Song, AND the Video that Robertson created for the Song, he laid out for ALL of Us to See Clearly, that we must Re-Define our Lives by what we are Prepared to Stand Over and Protect, and to Robbie, that was especially Symbolized within the Divinity and Grace of the Sacred Feminine and Mother Earth... And it is Powerful to Note that Robbie was well Aware of the Truth about Yeshua of Nazareth, Jesus Christ, as within the Song, Robbie used Symbols of Christ and tied them Powerfully to how we Treat and Support All Life, but in particular the Sacred Feminine...Robertson made it clear within the Song's Lyrics, that we were All once Angels that had Fallen and Fallen thru SIN...and that to Resurrect Our Lives, which were Important, we had to embrace the Path and The Way of Jesus Christ, who put Honor, Integrity, Authenticity and Sovereignty Above All else... Time is an absolutely Gorgeous Song from their 1980 Album, The Turn of a Friendly Card (One of the Best Albums ever released), and like their song from the Eye in the Sky album, Old and Wise, this song too is speaking about the Alchemical Men and Wombmen who Do the Work to Achieve Long Life, and potentially Living Forever, instead of Dying Off Young... Colleen and I have been to a number of The Alan Parsons Project Concerts, and this song is perhaps the Best Received of all the Songs, Fans just LOVE this Track, and yet, they do not yet Perceive what is being said by Lyricist, Eric Woolfson...again, the Song is NOT about someone who is Soon to Die, and is saying his Goodbyes, it is about Alchemical Men and Wombmen, of Deep Righteousness, who Live many Lifetimes in many different Guises...and this is why I chose to use the Same Video that I used for their Song, Old and Wise, featuring Emma Watson, as this video is ENTIRELY about Alchemical Men and Wombmen who have to Change their Looks, and Move about consistently, so that others do not Discover their Secret about Long Life, and potentially, Immortality, as shown in the Star Trek Episode, Requiem for Methuselah, featuring Gene Roddenberry's character of Akharin, who calls himself Mr. Flint, but who has been Methuselah, son of Enoch, the Oldest Living Man from Biblical Days at 969 years of Age, and it is quite possible that Methuselah did NOT die, as Roddenberry alleges in this Episode, but rather LIVED and became Solomon, Alexander, Lazarus, Merlin, Abramson, Da Vinci, Johannes Brahms, Sir Francis Bacon, and Shakespeare... It is Most Important that we come to Innerstand that these Men and Wombmen DO EXIST, and are the True Geniuses throughout History that have Shown us the Way, by becoming MASTERS of Many Trades, such as THE MASTER himself, Leonardo Da Vinci...remember, we are dying Young Now, not by God's Design, but rather because we are being POISONED to Death by the Canaanites, both of the Body AND the Mind...as Most People who hear of these Men will simply Scoff at such possibilities, as Most have become LOST in the Narrow Belief that we are Physical and Mortal Beings only, and DENY our True, Eternal Selves, which are IMMORTAL and DIVINE, choosing Now to Live in SIN, which is Death of both Body and Spirit... Simply put, Fool's Overture is one of the Best, Most Important Songs in the History of Roll the Rock Music, and as with virtually All of Roger Hodgson's Music, it is even more timely NOW, then when it was released in 1977...this song comes from Supertramp's album, Even in the Quietest Moments, one of the Best Albums ever released, and has been the 'Closer' for many Supertramp concerts, and even for Roger Hodgson's Solo Tours, it is a very Special Song... The Subject matter of the lyrics has remained a 'Secret' over the years, with even Roger Hodgson saying very little about it, however, it is Time to set the Record strait! Conquistador, like virtually ALL Procol Harum Songs, is a very difficult song to make Sense of...people have tried for Decades trying to Solve the Riddle without coming close to an accurate Decode; but, making sense of this Song isn't that hard, once you Realize that, like most things, it is Biblically based... This Incredible Song is from the Guess Who's Biggest Selling Album of All Time, American Woman, and was actually released as the 'B-Side' to their first Single from the Album, the Song, American Woman... American Woman, the Song, instantly became a Top 5 Smash across the World, becoming #1 in many Countries, so, DJ's flipped the Single over, and started to play the B-Side, and incredibly, this Song, No Sugar Tonight / New Mother Nature, also raced up the Charts, and went to #1 as well...this was followed Shortly after by the Release of their Third Single from the Album, No Time, which made it 3 Singles in a Row to all go Top 5 on the Singles Chart, while the Album was Top 10 the World Over... This 'Song' is actually TWO Songs merged into ONE seamless, Mastercraft Production, that unified the Two Unique Perspectives of Mother Nature by both Randy Bachman (No Sugar Tonight) and Burton Cummings (New Mother Nature)...both Men KNEW that Mankind Had to Return back to Mother Earth, and Producer, Jack Richardson, took the two Songs and with Burton Cumming's Help, he merged them together, with the Unifying Theme of Mother Earth, from two Sympathetic viewpoints... Freddie Mercury is ALIVE and WELL, and he is a Genius, CHOSEN to Play a very important Role in this Great Q Movie that we are all Living...thru the Music of the Band Queen, Freddie has unveiled an ENORMITY of Truth, but None Bigger, nor more Important than perhaps the Greatest Rock and Roll Song of All Time, Bohemian Rhapsody... So, what is this Ground-breaking Song about? Simple...Theft of our Souls by the Canaanites thru creating a Satanic System, called Organized Society, whereby 'The System' SHOVES Every Man, Wombman and Child into SINFUL Thoughts and Actions...and once we Live within THEIR WORLD of SIN, then they HAVE US, Own Us, as our Minds become racked with Guilt and Shame over being so Wicked and Sinful, and yet, we go Back, Jack and Do it Again, Wheel Turning Round and Round, as we get further and further away from our True Selves, and thus, from God... Bohemian refers to Bohemia, a region within the Czech Republic where the Literary Genius, Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe wrote FAUST, a story about a Lost Man Selling His Soul to the Devil because he had already Terribly Sinned, and wanted to Assuage his Guilt and Shame by possessing More and More, only to find that NOTHING he acquired would Ease his Pain and Suffering, which Satan had promised him; thus, Faust called out to God for Help in removing him from this Falsified Contract with Satan, and the rest is History... Why Rhapsody?
