Breathe to the Music and Gentle Guidance - Intermediate Level
Wim Hof breathing method, 5 rounds, 1 minute to 2 minute breath hold. Intermediate level:
Round 1 breathe for 1 min 30 seconds hold for 1 minute 15 seconds.
Round 2 breathe for 1 min 30 seconds hold for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Round 3 breathe for 1 min 30 seconds hold for 1 minute 45 seconds.
Round 4 breathe for 1 min 30 seconds hold for 2 minutes.
Round 5 breathe for 1 min 30 seconds hold for 2 minutes
When you're done (after round 5), stay still and just observe what's happening inside your body - for another minute or two. Or, better yet, go straight into meditation.

Please read the instructions:
This is Wim Hof (the Ice Man's) breathing technique - with gong guidance only. Three rounds of 35 breaths and breath hold for 60, 80, and 100 seconds. Breathe with your stomach.
You may feel tingling in the hands, feet, or face. If the sensation of light-headedness gets too intense, just pause until you feel settled and then continue. Listen to your body and go with the flow.
IMPORTANT: Do this breathing technique in a comfortable seat—either in a chair or on cushions on the floor. Do not do this practice before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath or any other environment/place where it might be dangerous to faint!
