No Conflict Between Science and the Bible: Six Day Creation 6000 Years Ago

Proponents of evolution claim there is overwhelming evidence proving that evolution is real. When asked to produce that evidence, most often the first thing they'll point to is speciation. In simplistic terms they'll say, “Look at that animal.” Let's say it is a salamander. “Look at that salamander, its ancestors were all gray, now it is a new species that has spots. The salamander has changed. It can no longer breed with its ancestral population. That is evolution.” Yes, the salamander has changed... but what is it? It is still a salamander. Then they'll say, “With enough changes it will become something else.” However, that step has never been observed nor proven to be true. The opposite is what is actually observed. Salamanders always reproduce more salamanders. No evolution

30X2 VIDEO: If humans are simply evolved apes, why do we have apes in zoos, but not humans? The answer can be found in history... at one time humans were captured and put in zoos. At the 1904 St. Louis World’s Fair, and they had several human zoos. One held Filipinos. In another Ota Benga was part of a group of African pygmies who were on display. When the fair closed he was moved to the Bronx Zoo. Why were these people put in zoos? Because of evolution. They were thought to be more primitive, and less evolved, ... showing earlier stages of human evolution... they were thought to be living transitional links between apes and humans. Evolutionary thinking led to human zoos. But humans are not apes. As Christians we know that all humans are created in the image of God... making us all very valuable and equal. What we see in various people groups is the tremendous physical variation that is normal. Different skin colors, body sizes, hair... these are are normal variations. However, even today evolutionists still have not accepted that those same variations are seen in the fossil record... categorizing various human fossils in a evolutionary progression instead of recognizing that what they are seeing is normal human variation. There continues to be a lack of transitional fossils. The fossil evidence does not support evolution. And there is the impossibility of life originating from non-life. And the catch -22 ... the impossibility of proteins forming outside of a living organism. But, life requires proteins in order for there to be life. And Dinosaur fossils Carbon 14 dating to be thousands of years old... and containing soft tissue, red blood cells, and even nerves, and partial DNA... and not just a few dinosaurs. It is now thought that most dinosaur bones contain these materials and they could not last millions of years... a fact that reveals the earth is not millions of years old... and since evolution requires an old earth... demonstrating that evolution never happened... These, and many other evidences, certainly seem to say evolution did not happen. Not only did it never happen... evolution is impossible. It could not happen. Their response is... we don't know why these things are true, but we know we will find an answer in the future. In other words, they so strongly believe evolution is true, that they are not going to accept the factual, observable evidence... they are just going to believe. WHAT FAITH! What a strong, blind faith they have. Why? Because the alternative is unacceptable... God created everything, including us... and we are accountable to our creator for everything we've ever done wrong. The day of judgment is coming.

30X2 VIDEO: Words are supposed to a have meaning, but not when it comes to the word “evolution.” As with many words “evolution” has multiple meanings, and promoters of evolution change the meaning without telling you. Here's a simple example using the word “nothing.” Hot dogs are better than nothing Nothing is better than steak. Therefore, it is proven hot dogs are better than steak. The word “nothing” has been used in a way that results in the listener assuming it has the same meaning in both cases... but it's obvious it doesn't. Looking at how the word evolution is used, they say: “Speciation proves evolution true. The hypothesis that humans evolved from apes is called evolution. Since evolution is true, humans evolved from apes.” The definition of evolution changed. To get from an ape to a human is not speciation, and thus the proof of speciation says nothing about ape to human evolution being true. It's a logical fallacy. I went looking for transitional fossils and my first stop was a web site called Transitional Fossils. Here's some of what they had... Tiktaalik – walking fish? Nope just a fish Archaeopteryx - dinosaur to bird transition? Nope. It's a bird Australopithecines, including ‘Lucy’ – nope an ape, most likely a bonabo Whale transitional forms – Pakicetus, Ambulocetus, and Rodhocetus. Nope. During the global flood great forces were released and the rising waters were chaotic and violent.. but not everywhere all the time. Diamonds and the age of the earth -- So what does a diamond mine look like? This is a surface mine... meaning the diamonds are collected off the surface of the ground. Most diamonds are found in volcanic craters. Diamonds are formed deep in the earth, and are then carried to the surface by volcanic action. Because they are formed in the foundation rock of continents, meaning the original rock on which the continents were built, that means they are at least a billion years old. What can a diamond tell us about the age of the earth? If we carbon date a diamond, that will give us the age of the earth... BUT, carbon dating is only valid to about 60,000 years. Science Pastor Show #014: In this week's video podcast we look at a video called, “What Is The Evidence For Evolution?” and demonstrate that their "proofs" are empty. This "evolution proof" video is a short, 11 minute video that focuses on the supposed evidence for whale evolution as overall proof evolution happened. Proofs that evolution is "true" come out, get wide distribution, are proven false, and then should fade way... but they don't. Even when totally proven to be false they never go away. One textbook author has been quoted as saying (paraphrased), "I know this is wrong, but it is the most convincing "proof" of evolution we have." This was one of the only active dinosaur track quarries in the world. Thousands of dinosaurs walked through here leaving tracks in layer after layer of sediment. If you walk in mud your tracks soon disappear. It takes very special conditions for dinosaur tracks to be preserved. Special conditions that only existed during Noah's flood. Going to the Smithsonian's Human Origins web site we see this as the tree of human evolution. What do you notice about this tree? It's circled here in red. There are no fossils at the branch points. If we get rid all of the parts of the tree where there are no fossils... we see there are no transitions. All the missing links are still missing. Each bush is defined as a human related species. When we look at fossils we see things that don't make sense... unless there was a global flood. For example, marine fossils are found everywhere on earth, including the top of Mt. Everest. And it is common that fossils of land animals are found with marine fossils mixed in. And the marine fossils are interesting... for example, there are billions of clam fossils, almost all are closed. Let's take a look some pictures. Do you see how the rocks are folded? This happens a lot... these are called geological folds. The rock is literally folded. Using this stack of paper we can see how that happens when rock is compressed. But here's a question. Does rock fold? No. Put it under pressure and it shatters... it breaks. These rocks had to have folded while the multiple layers of sediment were still wet and soft. The only circumstances in which this could happen would be those of Noah's flood. Is there a time gap in Genesis chapter one, between the first and second verses, in which evolution took place and created the fossil record we see today? No. That's a made-up story. One of the proofs supporting evolution is antibiotic resistance... the bacteria are getting better, becoming stronger, right? No. What has happened is that mutations have caused the bacteria to loose functions. The bacteria no longer produces the protein that binds to the antibiotic. Or it loses the ability to transport certain proteins into the cell. The bacteria has lost an ability and is actually weaker. It has traded a short term benefit, for a long-term weakness. Understanding Natural Selection is important. The biology dictionary states that, “Natural selection is a pressure that causes groups of organisms to change over time.” It sounds like Natural Selection is the driving force behind evolution. The fact is, Natural Selection can only eliminate traits... it cannot create new traits or even variations. Natural selection cannot direct evolution to follow a certain path. It is passive. Scientists Know Darwinian Evolution is Impossible: Secular scientists know that Darwinian evolution is impossible and are looking for alternate methods for evolution to function in bringing about ever increasingly complex forms of life. One of these groups who have been researching alternatives to Darwinism points out the scientific facts on their web site: “The commonly accepted alternative is Neo-Darwinism, which is clearly naturalistic science but ignores much contemporary molecular evidence and invokes a set of unsupported assumptions about the accidental nature of hereditary variation. Welcome to another edition of the Science Pastor. My name is Steve and as you can tell we have an ark behind us. We're at the Ark Encounter in Kentucky... and... it's BIG. I'm glad you could join us today. This is Patrick. He is with Answers in Genesis and he's joining us today to answer some questions about this big ship. Let's start with, “What is this?” Patrick: This is a life-size replica of Noah's ark. We took the biblical dimensions, 300 cubits long, 30 cubits tall, and 50 cubits wide, and we created this iconic Noah's ark. Steve: What was the purpose? Why did you build this? Is this an amusement park? Is this a classroom? Patrick: It proclaims the gospel. What we're doing is proclaiming the gospel. We're proclaiming the biblical account of Noah and his family, and what happened. Hy did God destroy the earth in the first place? What was going on before the flood? What did God tell Noah? All of these things are a part of the exhibits that are inside. There are over 100 exhibits. This is exhibit one (pointing to the ark) right here. Steve: What will people see in there? Patrick: They are going to see the eight family members on every level of the ark. There are three levels of exhibits. The family is praying, Noah's praying for the family on level one. Level two they are actually feeding the animals, caring for the animals. Cleaning the ship. Noah is in his office and you can ask him questions. And he'll answer you. Which is really neat. And then on deck three the family members are in their living quarters. You see the animals as well throughout the ship in cages. We actually have live animals on the ark that come in from the zoo every day. They come in about mid-morning and they stay through the afternoon. Steve: I have to ask you this. If sediment layers were deposited by repeated rising and falling water levels over millions of years, what we we expect to see? Layers of sediment showings signs of millions of years of erosion and soil build-up between the layers. If a global flood happened, what would we expect to see?
