Try this to expand you friend circile; or to start a friend circle
The first thing a narcissist typically does is engage in love bombing, showering you with excessive affection to establish a bond. To avoid being love-bombed, it's crucial to take control of the situation from the start. When encountering someone new, seize the initiative to maintain control, as narcissists thrive on having control.
By asserting yourself early on, you reduce the narcissist's chance of gaining control over you. While this approach isn't foolproof, it often deters narcissists who prefer easier targets. Finding your tribe or group is another effective strategy. Human nature inclines us to gravitate towards those similar to us, forming tribes based on shared interests or affiliations. However, be cautious as vulnerable groups, particularly those emphasizing altruism or empathy like religious organizations, may attract narcissists who mimic group members' behaviors to blend in. Joining such groups enables you to discern genuine members from potential narcissists.
Additionally, don't expect narcissists to openly dislike you, as they maintain a facade to uphold their image. Instead, they may subtly manipulate situations to their advantage. Stay vigilant and genuine, as narcissists despise authenticity and prefer easy targets. By being honest and assertive, you deter narcissists and maintain control over your interactions, making you less susceptible to manipulation. Remember, narcissists seek effortless ego boosts, so refusing to engage in their manipulative tactics prevents them from targeting you effectively.

How to TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR THOUGHTS
Here's a sample of what you are about to enjoy...
Ultimately, who wields authority over your cognition? Who reigns supreme over your thoughts? One might argue that we, as individuals, hold dominion over our thoughts. Yet, consider this: someone utters a remark, implanting a notion within our minds, or we witness something, unable to erase it from our memory. These external stimuli mold our thoughts, beyond our control. Perhaps our extensive life experiences, spanning decades, further shape our cognitive landscape, each encounter leaving an indelible mark.
These thoughts, akin to a hive mind, possess a life of their own. They belong to a collective consciousness, akin to ants returning to their hive. Yet, we need not permit them to linger. Like an unwelcome ant intruding upon our sanctuary, we must dispatch these thoughts, lest they attract more of their kind, overwhelming us.
Some individuals, knowingly or unknowingly, deposit thoughts into our minds, intentionally or unintentionally inflicting harm. However, our power lies in our response. We need not dwell upon these intruding thoughts. Instead, we possess the ability to brush them aside, maintaining a pristine mental landscape.
Principle one: once heard or seen, thoughts cannot be erased. However, we can redirect our focus, refusing to dwell on them. Principle two: dwelling on thoughts leads to internalization. Principle three: internalized thoughts shape our being. Therefore, by controlling our thoughts, we shape our destiny.
Consider the influence of external sources on our thinking. Whether deliberate or inadvertent, they wield power over our minds. Yet, we need not succumb to their influence. Instead, we must reclaim control over our thoughts, guiding them towards positive trajectories.
We must acknowledge the reality of external influences while refusing to allow them to dictate our self-perception. Each negative thought harbors the potential to burgeon into a mental monster, distorting our reality. By confronting and displacing these thoughts, we regain mastery over our minds.
So, I implore you: reflect upon the thoughts occupying your mind. Are they empowering or debilitating? By subscribing to a mindset of empowerment, we chart a course towards self-actualization.

Defeat abusers using this strategy
https://youtu.be/6xveTj-S3hQ?si=aABYets5MKDvXgBa
Individuals with autism may be targeted by manipulative individuals, referred to as "Sportsmen" or "Hunters," who seek to exploit their vulnerabilities for personal gain and ego boost.
It's crucial not to take such attacks personally, understanding that the predator's actions are not specifically targeted at the individual but rather at exploiting any vulnerable target.
Reactive responses to provocation only serve to feed the predator's ego and validate their behavior. Instead, a tactical retreat is advised, refusing to engage in the expected response.
By regulating self-talk and maintaining a sense of self-worth, individuals can establish boundaries and prevent predators from encroaching upon their territory.
Tactics such as documenting offenses and remaining silent in the face of provocation can be effective in exposing the predator's true intentions and undermining their smear campaigns.
Ultimately, the key is to stay in one's lane, allowing the predator to make mistakes and revealing their true nature without reacting impulsively or emotionally.

The pressure to obsess over minor irritations can build up over time.
The pressure to cling to outdated self-perceptions can be constraining.
The pressure to always agree/disagree is disingenuous.
The pressure to seek quick solutions can lead to impulsive decisions and regrets.
The pressure to maintain flawless appearances can create feelings of inadequacy.
The pressure to engage in smear campaigns can harm relationships and reputations.
The pressure to constantly working can be overwhelming.
The pressure to accept unsolicited opinions can feel invasive and frustrating.
The pressure to respond impulsively can escalate tensions unnecessarily.
The pressure to desire unanimous approval can lead to self-doubt and insecurity.
The pressure to keep up with other people's agendas can cause stress and anxiety.
The pressure to constantly watch the news can be wasteful.
The pressure to meticulously overstrategize every aspect of life can be stifling.
The pressure to remain in a ditch can seem counterproductive.

• Negative self-assessment often stems from internalized assessments from others rather than being self-generated.
• Potential follows perception; negative self-perception can limit one's potential.
• Having direction and control is essential for personal growth and success.
• Immersing oneself in a positive social environment can influence self-perception and behavior positively.
• Learning to program oneself is crucial; otherwise, others will influence and shape one's beliefs and actions.
• Resisting the gravitational pull of negative influences requires creating and maintaining positive habits.
• Self-belief and self-perception significantly impact behavior and outcomes in life.

How I manage close contact
In just a moment, I'm going to tell you how I get around shaking people's hands. We'll tie all these things together. We've got six of them and that will bring it all together.
But what we're talking about are non-verbal cues. Why? Well, because people with autism were non-verbal cue challenged. Those who live in the neurotypical hive mind, they're really good at these things and they don't even know it.
They're communicating one with another subtly, subliminally, and they don't even know they're communicating. But we see them communicating and we can't communicate, so it becomes very obvious to us because we don't understand it. We're left out of the cold, so to speak.
So let's talk about these six things and see if it can't help us a little bit understand what they are saying and how they are communicating. The first thing has to do with eye contact. I don't like to make eye contact.
I don't even like to look at a photograph in the eye, which seems kind of silly, but I don't. But what if instead of looking at a person's eye, what you're doing is you're checking to see the size of their pupil, the pupil of their eye. Is it big or is it small? And if it's big or if it's small, that tells us something.
Now, that's kind of a little trick, a hack, to look somebody in the eye without actually the discomfort of looking them in the eye, because in a sense you're not. I mean, you're looking at their eye, not in their eye. So you're looking at their eyes so you can tell what they're thinking, how big their pupil is, not how light or dark it is.
