We had to use our buddies Felder planer for this job . We were building a 4x6 foot Maple butcher block island top .

We built a Murphy bed for our cousin last year . This was a fun build . Never thought we would ever make one . We used the Lee Valley hardware kit and plans it was very easy to follow and it turned out great

Upgraded to the Triton TPL180 planer from our little Ryobi planer and we gotta say go big or go home . This thing is a beast.

This was the very first thing we did with the shapeoko 3 xxl after we assembled it . We were so excited 😊 and nervous at the same time . After a few hours of assembly we had our fingers crossed we did everything right

So we played around more with the cnc . Cleaned the dust out of everything again . Went over everything but it still disconnected . We narrowed it down to static build up. So after this slab we added some Magnetic Anti-interference Filter Rings to the Router power cord . It seems to be working better . Now to see it it will work with the dust collection running Fingers crossed. We will do a follow video in the near future . Sending another table top through the Felder 37 inch wide belt sander at our buddies shop . Man we love this sander . Wish we had one lol

We had to pull out the big 7 inch triton tools triple blade planer to tackle these hard maple boards . We made a 10 foot Maple harvest table and this planer made short work of smoothing these rough sawn boards

This was the very first bed we built. A California King lift storage bed . It turned out great.

We have been having disconnection errors lately. So we cleaned the router and all the connections and V wheels. So far so good . We will update more soon .

We love using our Fuji semi pro sprayer. Probably one of the best sprayers to use for the price. It gets used quite often in our shop.

A customer asked us if we could Retro fit a new table top for an old table she had that belonged to her grandfather. We took that challenge and made her a solid oak top with slides and leaf extensions. The customer was very happy .
