Why is it considered hateful, racist, or offensive to protect the innocence of children from sexual predators? He also notes how governments also routinely mischaracterize the legislation they create and pass, with the end result that Canadians think that they don't actually possess certain rights and freedoms, or that these rights are somehow substantially limited.
