Rebirth is part of a trilogy remake of the original game, and it's the most expansive and deep Final Fantasy game to date. The gameplay in Rebirth is top-notch, building on the action RPG mechanics introduced in the first part of the remake. Each character, from Cloud to Tifa to Red XIII, has a unique fighting style, and the combat is both active and strategic. I particularly enjoyed the new Synergy attack system, which allows for powerful team-up moves. The world of Rebirth is massive, with each zone offering tons of exploration and hidden content. The game features new traversal techniques, like grappling hooks and chocobos that can fly, adding to the sense of adventure and discovery. One of the highlights of Rebirth is the abundance of side activities and mini-games. From Gold Saucer's games to unique character-specific traversal sections, there's always something new and exciting to do. While I loved the gameplay, the story left me a bit conflicted.
