Cop’s Daughter Gets Arrested for DWI after Fleeing Accident Scene
Around 11:00 PM on December 28, 2022, officers from the Howell Township Police Department were called to the scene of a hit-and-run accident on Lanes Mill Road near the side entrance to Lowe’s. As Patrolman Travis Horton and SLEO 2 Officer Eric Lee approached the scene, they observed that the traffic light pole had been struck and it was blocking the westbound lane of traffic. Near the traffic light pole, officers found what appeared to be a missing piece of a bumper from the vehicle which struck the pole. After the Police arrived at the scene, the caller approached the Police and told the officers that a vehicle appearing to be a white sedan had struck the traffic light pole.
Patrolman Vincent Campagnola eventually located the suspect vehicle at the Wawa on Kent Road. The driver, 21-year-old Teresa Lee, told the officers that she was coming from Applebee’s and that she had consumed alcohol, but denied striking the traffic light pole. She mentioned that she had previously struck a deer in Pennsylvania and asked to call her father John Lee, who is an officer with the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office. As the officers continued to question her and the officers who responded the accident scene arrived at the Wawa with the missing bumper piece, she eventually admitted to possibly striking the traffic light pole while she was texting.
Her account of events did not seem to be coherent or truthful, but officers continued to question her to gather information. Eventually, officers allowed her to call her father, who arrived on scene at the Wawa within a few minutes. Once Mr. Lee was at the scene, he confirmed that Teresa had previously struck a deer in Pennsylvania but agreed that the damage to the passenger side could not have been from that incident. Given his position with the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office, Mr. Lee was advised by another officer to not interfere with their investigation, and he does not appear to do so in any of the videos.
Given their suspicion of intoxication, Patrolman Horton asked Teresa to perform standardized field sobriety exercises. The first exercise was the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test. During this test, Officer Doherty observed a lack of smooth pursuit, distinct and sustained nystagmus at maximum deviation, and the onset of nystagmus prior to 45 degrees in both eyes. The second exercise involved the Walk and Turn test, and Teresa was unable to walk in a straight line or and she conducted an improper turn. The third exercise involved the One Leg Stand test, and Teresa did not raise her foot in the proper fashion while spreading her arms to balance herself.
Based on the physical and circumstantial evidence regarding the accident and her inability to adequately perform the field sobriety exercises, Patrolman Horton placed Teresa under arrest for driving under the influence. After she was placed under arrest, she was transported to Howell Township Police HQ. At the station, Teresa was read the Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators and she agreed to provide breath samples. Her Alcotest results showed a BAC of 0.172%, which is more than double the legal limit.
After Teresa was processed, she was taken to the hospital for further evaluation. She was issued the following summonses: Operating under the influence, reckless driving, failure to report an accident, and leaving the scene of an accident

19 year old with boobs hanging out dressed arrested for DUI
Around 4:05 AM on January 7, 2023, Officer Kyle Kampf with the West Long Branch Police Department responded to a call involving an off-duty police officer who had stopped a 2012 Volkswagen at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Norwood Avenue. Officer Carlos Gonzalez, an officer with the Roselle Police Department, claimed that a driver of a 2012 Volkswagen had struck a guardrail on the Garden State Parkway. Since he observed the vehicle fail to stop, Officer Gonzalez followed the vehicle all the way to West Long Branch before instructing her to stop at the traffic intersection.
Officer Christopher Remedios with the Long Branch Police Department (neighboring town) informed Officer Kampf about the situation when he first arrived at the scene, and he also spoke with Officer Gonzalez about what had happened. Officer Kampf then took over the investigation and proceeded to make contact with the driver, who was identified as 21-year-old Lexie Laurino. While Lexie had denied hitting anything, Officer Kampf noticed there was front-end damage on the passenger side, which corroborated what the off-duty officer had stated. Since the officers detected the odor of alcohol emanating from her person, they offered her an opportunity to perform field sobriety exercises.
Officer Kampf started with the Walk and Turn test. During the Walk and Turn test, Lexie failed to touch heel-to-toe on all steps, did not walk in a straight line, took an incorrect number of steps, and repeated the test twice. The second field sobriety exercise was the One Leg Stand test. During this exercise, Lexie failed to raise her foot in the proper fashion, displayed a lack of balance, and never aloud as instructed. The last field sobriety exercise was the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test, and Officer Kampf observed a lack of smooth pursuit, distinct and sustained nystagmus at maximum deviation, and the onset of nystagmus prior to 45 degrees.
Based on her the witness statement from the off-duty police officer and her inability to adequately complete the field sobriety exercises, Officer Kampf placed Lexie under arrest for driving under the influence. Her vehicle was impounded for a mandatory 12-hour hold under John’s Law and Lexie was transported to the West Long Branch Police Department for further processing. At police HQ, the Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators was read to Lexie and she agreed to submit breath samples.
Sergeant Brian Burton administered the Alcotest machine after Lexie agreed to submit breath samples for testing. Her Alcotest results indicated a BAC of 0.158%, which is nearly double the legal limit of 0.08%. Once the officers were finished with processing Lexie, she was released to her father after he signed the Potential Liability Warning form on her behalf. Officer Kampf issued Lexie the following summonses: Operating under the influence, reckless driving, and traffic on marked lanes.

19 year old hot girl arrested for DUI after providing a fake name.
September 4, 2022, Boca Raton Police Officer De La Rua observed a 2019 Hyundai driving erratically on West Yamato Road. After he stopped the vehicle, he asked the driver, later identified as 19-year-old Sayda Coleman, whether she had been drinking. Sayda initially denied being under the influence of alcohol, and lied about her age by saying that she was 21 years old. The officer detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage from the vehicle and noticed that Sayda was wearing a wristband indicating she had been at a bar or club. When the officer attempted to run her Virginia driver’s license through the system, he was unable to verify its validity.
Officer De La Rua subsequently radioed for backup, and Officer Martel arrived on site shortly thereafter. Based on his suspicion of intoxication, the Officer De La Rua afforded Sayda an opportunity to perform field sobriety exercises. The first test involved the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. There was a lack of smooth pursuit in each eye. There was distinct and sustained nystagmus at maximum deviation in each eye, along with the onset of nystagmus prior to 45 degrees in each eye. Sayda also failed when performing the Walk and Turn test followed by the One Leg Stand test. The fifth test involved the finger to nose exercise, which was not adequately performed. The sixth test was the recitation of the alphabet, which Sayda was able to do albeit in a slurred manner.
Based on her eventual admission to consuming alcohol, her lack of balance and fine motor coordination, and the officer’s suspicions, Sayda was placed under arrest for driving under the influence. Officer De La Rua transported Sayda to the BRPD booking facility where she agreed to take a breathalyzer test. Her breathalyzer test indicated a BAC of 0.166%, which is over twice the legal limit. She was subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail and released with a court date after a mandatory holding period.

19 yr old drunk hot rude girl arrested for DUI.
On September 15, 2023 at approximately 1:20 AM, Officer Brock Westerman with the Pullman Police Department was on patrol on NE B Street near NE California Street. As he drove northbound, he observed a 2017 Kia Sportage heading southbound that turned on to NE California Street without signaling. As he pursued the vehicle, the driver nearly struck a curb and made another turn without signaling on to NE A Street. Officer Westerman activated his emergency lights to initiate a traffic stop, and the vehicle pulled into a parking lot on the 800 block of NE A Street. He proceeded to make contact with the driver, who was identified as 19-year-old Mairead Quigley.
After he made contact with Mairead, he detected the odor of alcohol and noticed that her eyes were watery and bloodshot. He asked for her license, but she was only able to provide him with her registration. When he asked Mairead if she had been drinking, she seemed unwilling to answer questions. Based on his suspicion of impairment, Officer Westerman asked Mariead to exit the vehicle and offered her an opportunity to participate in field sobriety exercises.
Mairead was uncooperative and ultimately refused to complete any field sobriety exercises. However, he decided to place Mairead under arrest for driving under the influence based on her erratic driving and other indicators of impairment that he had observed. After she was placed in the patrol car, Officer Westerman spoke to her boyfriend and told her that she was going to be released in about 6 hours. He returned to his patrol car and transported Mairead to the Pullman Police Department for further processing.
Once they were at police HQ, Officer Westerman read Mairead her Miranda rights as well as the Implient Consent Warning, and she agreed to submit breath samples for testing. He began the 20-minute observation period, and Mairead admitted to consuming alcohol in the hours prior. After the breathalyzer was administered, her Alcotest results indicated a BAC of 0.179% (lowest IR result).
After Officer Westerman was finished with administering the breathalyzer, he placed Mairead in a cell. After a brief holding period, Mairead was removed from the cell to be photographed and fingerprinted. Afterwards, her belongings were returned to her and she was released with a summons to appear in court. Officer Westerman cited Mairead under RCW 46.61.502 for driving under the influence and released her pending a court appearance in Colfax.
Court records indicate that on October 12, 2023, Mairead pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and she was sentenced to 1 day in jail (364 days in jail with 363 days suspended) and 24 months of supervised probation. The fine was waived, but her license was suspended for 90 days and she was required to pay a DUI cost recovery fee of $67.33. She also had to comply with the terms and conditions of her probation such as attending a DUI Victim Impact Panel within 3 months and using an ignition interlock device during her license suspension.
