Carnivore Diet: Carnivore Popcorn?!
Do you miss popcorn?! Or other crunchy snacks?! Or even croutons?! This is the recipe for you! This recipe starts off by making my delicious egg white protein bread. Then cutting the finished bread into small pieces and baking till they are crunchy. So delicious.
Recipe:
Egg white bread:
Ingredients:
6 egg whites
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup egg white protein powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp beef gelatin
1/2 stick of butter, cubed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325
Separate the 3 egg yolks from the egg whites and place egg whites in a mixing bowl and the egg yolks in a separate bowl.
Add 3 more serving of egg whites to the other egg whites
Add protein powder, salt, cream of tartar, and beef gelatin to egg whites
Mix egg white mixture until stiff peaks form
Turn mixer on low and add 1 egg yolk at a time
Mix in cubed butter.
Do not over mix
Line bread pan with parchment paper or butter
Pour mix into bread pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Turn off oven and let bread rest in oven for about 20 minutes.
For popcorn:
Pre heat oven to 350
Cut egg white protein bread above into small square pieces.
Place pieces on parchment lined cookie sheet
Bake for 20 minutes, turning pieces at the 10 minute mark
Turn off oven and let rest for 5-30 minutes

Carnivore Diet: LMNT Chocolate Caramel Meringue
Looking for a carnivore meringue? Well look no further! This one is delicious! I will be making this recipe again with only 1/2 cup powdered stevia and also some without the stevia. I will have to see if the hubby likes this current recipe. Hope you all enjoy!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 large egg whites at room temp
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup powdered sweetener (I will be reducing this amount next time)
1 packet of LMNT Chocolate Carmel (or chocolate, chocolate mint, or chocolate cherry LMNT).
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place egg whites and cream of tartar in a mixing bowl.
Blend on high until soft peaks form.
Add the powdered sweetener and LMNT.
Mix on high until stiff peaks form.
Put mixture in a piping bag. You can use a piping tip or cut the corner of the bag.
Pipe out rounded tablespoon sized cookies with 1/2 inch spacing.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Turn off oven and slightly crack the door open.
Leave the meringue in the oven for 1 hour.
Store in an air tight container on the counter for up to 4 weeks.

Carnivore Diet: Crustless No-Bake Cheesecake!
Want a delicious carnivore dessert to enjoy this holiday?! This crustless no-bake cheesecake is delicious and easy to make! Make the night before to allow for it to set completely. Server the next day at dessert time! You can add a topping of your choosing as well! Leave out the stevia and vanilla extra for a cleaner carnivore dessert.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
24 oz of cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup stevia
2 tbsp confectioners' stevia
1/4 cup sour cream at room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
-Add heavy cream to stand mixer and mix on medium-high until stiff peaks form.
-Add cream cheese and stevia to a bowl and mix until smooth.
-Add confectioners' stevia, sour cream, and vanilla extract to cream cheese mix. Mix until smooth and blended.
-Fold heavy cream into cream cheese mixture slowly so you do not deflate the heavy cream.
-Add mixture to a 9 inch springfoam pan.
-Cover pan with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
-Refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours. For best results, refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
-Remove springfoam pan rim.
-Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Carnivore Diet: Pot Roast!
Quick and easy way to make a Pot Roast as a carnivore! You do not need to cut up a bunch of vegetables. You just need beef roast, water, sea salt, pepper, and a pressure cooker!
Fill the pressure cooker with about 4-6 cups water. Place roast into pot. Season with sea salt and pepper (or other seasonings you want to use). Ninja XL: Insert thermometer into the thickest part of the roast. Close lid, slide level over to pressure cook, use the manual setting to set temp to 200 degrees and press start. Should take about 2 hours. Once done, pull apart, serve, and enjoy!

Carnivore Diet: Basic Custard!
This custard is delicious! It has 4 ingredients! And simple to make! This makes a great dessert! You can leave out the stevia and vanilla and it will still be delicious! ***I miscalculated the carbs. For 1 serving the carbs are 6.4 grams, for a total of 25.6 total.
Recipe:
Ingredient
1 egg
2 tablespoons stevia (optional)
1 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Stovetop version:
1. Beat egg and stevia together in a saucepan.
2. Add milk.
3. Place saucepan with egg/milk mixture in another pan containing 1-2 inches boiling water.
4. Stir custard constantly while cooking. Cook until foam disappears and custard coats the spoon. Remove from heat.
5. Add vanilla and stir. Pour into individual dishes and cool in the refrigerator. Custard will be soft.
Baked version:
1. Beat together egg and stevia in a baking dish.
2. Add milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
3. Set baking dish in a shallow pan of hot water.
4. Bake at 350 °F until the tip of a knife inserted in the center of the custard comes out clean (50-60 minutes). Do not overcook. Eat warm or refrigerate for later.

Healthy fat doesn’t make you fat!
Why a high fat diet causes weight loss:
1) Reduces appetite. Fat is very satiating.
2) Stabilizes blood sugar. High fat/low arb prevents rapid spikes and crashes. These spikes and crashes lead to overeating and weight gain.
