This is my Ice bath video. I am ensuring to breathe Long, Slow and Deep and I am entering very slowly, so that m Body and Mind adapts to the cold rather than shocking the system. I did Over head press without the belt and shirt to see what my Lower back looks like under the stress. I focused of keeping my chest up, abs tight. I don't recommend doing Lifting beltless, until you have experience of Lifting for few years.

Deadlift💪🏋️♀️ workout. Beltless and shirtless.
Deadlifts were done at the end. The focus was to keep my Wrist Strap absolutely tight, chest up and push the floor without pushing the bar forward. I did kicked the bar forward in few of the sets.
Can you spot that?
Once again, I wanted to film what the back does and looks like in heavy Deadlifts.
I don't recommend Lifting heavy without belt until you have few experience of Lifting.

Deadlift 240 kg Beltless 2 reps.
We have 2 kinds of Belts. Internal and External belt. Internal belt should be used always regardless.
External belt is worn to activate Internal belt even more.
I Lift heavyweights without the External belt every now and then. Please be careful and train enough times before trying to Lift heavy without the belt.

Ice Bath 23 May 2021
Ice bath video done today. Watch how I slowly enter the bath. This is to ensure that the body is not shocked. The body and mind slowly adapts to the cold temperature.
If you shock your system by jumping fast, your body will fight and you may not continue further.
Breathing, long, slow and deep ensures that I am focused and do not get reactionary.

80 kg OverHead Press. Sharing my Strength training.
This was yesterday Pressing 80 kg for 3 sets of 5 reps. The shoulder feels good and pain free.
I rate Press better than Bench Press because standing up the Press recruits the entire Posterior Chain of Muscles.
