Rather than falling prey to normalcy bias, independent thinkers must (1) acknowledge that many of the things Americans take for granted could suddenly change and (2) act upon that knowledge.

There are several key takeaways from this. They are:

* Normalcy bias is a danger
* One must be an independent thinker to escape it
* Sudden change is on the horizon
* Those who understand this must act accordingly

In the days of Noah, these four issues were likewise looming over the earth. Only one man saw what was coming, with - of course - divine guidance. Do we have the same circumstances today? If so, who is it that sees and has prepared in the best possible way?
