Korea: Wars of Liberty (Age of Empires 3 Mod) Let's Play

A civilization added in Wars of Liberty, Korea is unique, with it's own set of unique units and even custom architecture graphics. It also has unique wonders to build that causes one to advance in age/era when built: Wonders are the Pyongyang Gate which grants a special ability that allows one to summon a small band of warriors, Grand Palace which spawns villages and holds European Market Upgrades, Hwaseong Fortress which is a powerful fortress that can train artillery units and ships Myeone Gungs (a type of archer unit), Puyong hall which has the power to summon a Whirlpool and ships Naval units when built, and finally the Haeinsa Temple which ships Faith and holds a vast amount of unique Korean Technologies including "Taekwondo" which increases ranged infantry melee attack.

Korea also have a unique roster of units such as the Dangpa Spearman (a card you can choose can give them area damage), the Myeone Gung archer, and the Fire Lance, the Gungdo Cavalry (a Korean horse archer good against Cavalry and Artillery units), Iron Flail (originally a Chinese unit in the original AOE 3), Fire Cattle (a unit that dies when it attacks a building), Geobukseon (Turtle Ship), and Hwacha (early type or rocket launching unit), among other units.

I named my Korean Monk/Hero units in this game Adventurous Aang (after Aang from ATLA), and Sejong (after a Korean Historical figure called Sejong the great). And the map choice is Lake Retba (a lake in Senegal Africa known for it's pink hue).

7:35: The Iron Flail was a Chinese unit in the original AOE 3.

9:45: The mod has some weird things sometimes.

9:50: Yes that's a unicorn.

10:12: They gave Korea Custom Naval Units.

10:24: The repentent Chinese cannon has a small custom description.

10:32: I named one of my explorers after Aang.

10:40: I named him after Sejong the great.
