DNA Fingerprinting

2 samples from each cancer patient; 1 saliva (germline) sample & 1 tumor sample. Fingerprinting ensures these are in fact from the same patient before sending off for whole genome sequencing. We will compare germline (normal) sequence to cancer sequence to determine mutations that arose.
