The Battle of Baby Termination Coming Up For SCOTUS, But Being Decided at the State Level

There are rumblings that Roe v Wade is on the way out in the Supreme Court this Summer, but even so, overturning that bad decision won't outlaw abortion; it will make it a State issue. So what are the states doing about it?

Oklahoma has banned the baby killing practice and will fine an abortionist heavily or jail them for transgressing. It has massive support to, it passed in the State House by a 70-14 vote, so the people there want this Law in place.

Colorado on the other hand, has signed their abortion "rights" into law that includes any "pregnant person" can terminate a pregnancy up to birth. That's pretty sick, considering over 90% of abortions are elective...
