I don’t want to destroy the beneficial bacteria in my raw milk to make yogurt, crème fraîche (sour cream) or milk kefir… is it possible? Not according to the package instructions, but in practice... yes!
Better still, right now I’m making NO-HEAT, RAW MILK dairy products for the SAME price as buying conventional, non-organic dairy products (our raw milk is $4 a gallon and sour cream/yogurt is $2/qt).
Can you tell I’m a little excited?
