Synopsis:

In his monumental book, A Conflict of Visions, Economist Thomas Sowell explains the difference between the Unconstrained Vision of the left and the Constrained Vision that he espouses. Liberal Elites have chosen to apply an unconstrained view of human nature in order to assert the obsolescence of law enforcement. They are more than comfortable with running this experiment in the very neighborhoods that they claim to care so much about. Like many other liberal agendas, the consequences of their actions will fall on the shoulders of others.
