Biden provides no new strategic information about his debacle in the Afghanistan retreat, but mentioned new terms (with regard to this situation) and statements that warrant closer scrutiny:
Terms:
-ISIS-K (ISIS Khorasan), Refugee Settlement Agencies (mentioned these are NGOs), Staging Centers, Transition Centers, Processing Stations, Civil Air Reserve Fleet (an old term being used here to explain the role of commercial airlines in shuttling Afghan refugees to the US).

Claims:
-Commercial Airline Companies are volunteering
-The Taliban has "carried through" on allowing Americans with passports to get into the Kabul airport unmolested.
-Refugees are not being flown directly to the US
-Refugees are all being vetted and security screened at these previously mentioned intermediate points (Where are these intermediate staging areas?Who is running the screening process?)
