Russia Ambassador to UN Claims Bucha Massacre A Ukrainian False Flag Event

The Russian representative to the UN today claimed that information coming from western media outlets regarding Bucha are misinformation and fabricated. He further professed that the attack against civilians in this region was conducted after Russian troops vacated the city. He went on to declare that the incident was indeed a false flag operation perpetrated by Ukrainian forces, not Russian.
