Every time I mention Dorothy and I are land shopping for a BOL, I get the standard question of where and why that place. I think many are looking for something akin to "Northern Idaho", with some long explanation about natural disasters, remote populations and seasonal rainfall. My answer is far more boring.

Where - within three hours of my primary residence. Why - because it is in three hours drive of my primary residence.
