21 Highland Terrace | Walkthrough with Fuquan

In today’s episode of Walkthrough Wednesdays, Fuquan walks us through the final renovation of Season 2.

Renovations on this 3-family property start with phase 1 demo, framing, roofing, siding, and windows, before moving on to phase 2 with new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, and sheetrock. Finally, phase 3 renovations get under way with a new coat of paint, cabinets, finishings, landscaping, and a new sidewalk. After completing the renovation work, Fuquan takes us along for a walkthrough of the completed property.

Fuquan gives some advice - if you want to get into real estate, start by getting around people who are doing it, go on to Meetup.com (if you watch til the end, you’ll get the Top 3 people you should follow), and once you’re in, pay attention to the cost of capital.
