On this episode of Look What Meg Found let's check out the Peace Packs from Love 360. Love 360 was founded last year, during the pandemic, because Elizabeth had a vision. She literally dreamed of the business's logo, which is a spiral with crystals in the middle of it, and drew it in her journal when she woke up. She had been studying Reiki and crystal healing for the previous 3 years, so it wasn't entirely out of the blue, and her background is in social work, so she has been helping women get through difficult challenges since 2001. But the idea of opening her own business was big and scary! She had been working part-time from home and raising my kids, two of whom are autistic, so taking on this big of a project seemed a little bananas. But she just had the sense that it was the right time. She wanted to continue to help women heal from trauma, abuse, grief, and broken relationships--just in a new way that integrated a holistic health approach with traditional social work. So she got Love 360 off the ground in August of 2021. The name comes from the sphere, which is one of the most powerful shapes for crystal healing because it radiates energy 360 degrees. And obviously, she wants to impart more love, joy, and peace to my clients.

She currently offers individual Reiki/crystal healing sessions, workshops and classes, and the Peace Pouches, which are crystal "prescription" bundles of 4 stones, a stick of palo santo, and a crystal tea light candle. There are 10 different kinds of Peace Pouches and they address specific emotional and spiritual needs--for example, the Protection Pouch repels negativity and is especially supportive for empaths; the Prosperity Pouch helps draw abundance and financial success to you, and the Period Pouch assists with symptoms of PMS. She loves helping women identify what's holding them back and enabling them to let go of old, stuck energy that's been hanging out in their bodies. It's been a fun ride so far and She looks forward to continuing to create more opportunities for healing and growth!
