I was wrong on that one. "No dogs or chinese" was fictionalized in Bruce Lee movie. Or its best a myth. But here is more the wikipedia article on it. But the apartheid stuff was real atleast in South Africa.

But point still stands to some degree, but maybe exaggerated in the Bruce Lee movie. But overall.
