But yes you can puta fish and a water turtle in the same aquarium but the fish will be turtle food no mater how large it is. If the turtle can't eat the fish outright it will nip off the fins and tail bit by bit and go from there. Bottom line is don't bother trying it. It's been tried many time and never works.

Tortoises are land animals and should not be kep
immersed in water. Turtles are aquatic, and sure, it's fine to put them
together (if you like the turtle) because turtles loy
to eat fish. It would be a nice treat for your turtle
