Driving You Crazy: Did CDOT screw up some highway signs in Watkins and Golden?

Chris from Denver says two incorrect signs — the I-70 sign at the Watkins exit and the State Highway 93 sign on Washington Street at State Highway 58 in Golden — are driving him crazy.
