I as a Republican have been calling for this for years, Democrats deserve zero credit for the recent bill on this issue, it was designed to get "no" votes from Republicans in the way it was structured (poison pill provisions) and GOP shouldn't let them be the ones to claim this milestone when we reach it anyways.
