This recording is designed to assist you to stop sugar addiction and cravings for sweets.

In this recording I remove frequencies that keep you in a loop of resorting to sugar as a means for emotional comfort and a placeholder for the yearning to be loved, helping your mind and body to let go of everything that has been unconsciously held onto. At the same time bringing in beneficial, balancing frequencies and energies to support this process.

This is a process and it will take as long as it takes, depending on where you are on your journey and is in your highest and best good and in alignment with all of yourself.

The more consistently you watch/listen, the better the results will be.

To help your body flush out what needs to be released you should drink plenty of pure water before and after listening to this recording.

Listen to it as often as you feel called to it. There is no right or wrong way to do it.
