Patchy fog on Tuesday, rain returns by the evening

Tuesday we could see some areas of patchy fog, with otherwise mostly cloudy skies. Highs top out in the mid to upper 40s. By Tuesday night rain returns, and rain will continue overnight and into early Wednesday.
