Sacramento PD is Uncontituttoinal No Child Abuse Reports

I was helping a mom file a child abuse report. We went to one Sacramento Police Station. Then we went to another. Then we called the dispatcher. Then we decided to take a break and reproup later. Law enforcement seems to be allergic to child abuse reporting as if there is no such crime. Many parents are afraid to file a report, especially if the incident involves a school. Parents are intimidated and often they are afraid to have their child harassed and bullied by school administration for speaking up about the truth. It is sad when a child is seriously traumatized and then the mom is traumatized further by having to deal with law enforcement that does not want to cooperate. In the few months I have been assisting community members, it seems someone else is controlling law enforcement and it is not law enforcement....Any agenda outside of protecting We the People is an agenda that needs to be removed asap!
