- Tips to make you a better runner.
- Don't let sweat slow you down. You're going to sweat. Everyone does. Expect it. Constantly wiping it away will only wreck your time.
- Running at night in the cooler weather will prevent you from sweating as much as during the warmer temperatures of the day.
- Run open-hand rather than closed-fist to decrease wind shear. Think about how sprinters run in track-and-field.
- Most of all...DON'T GIVE UP! I'm on Day 94 and I'm not going to stop until this year is over. It only takes a mile, so what are you waiting for? Come join me as you begin to shed the pounds.
