Here we read the Fourth Part of St. Bernard de Clairvoux's book on Humility and Pride. Containing the eighth, and ninth chapters, looking toward the "rapture" of St. Paul the Apostle to the third heaven, and how there is a similar sequence of events as the degrees of humility and truth. We also get to see St. Bernard show an example of how he recognizes his own shortcomings.
