Kevin Black of Black Market Leadership interviews Col Douglas Macgregor. During part 8 Col Macgregor discusses the effort to bring the reforms covered in Breaking the Phalanx to the Army. Unfortunately, the Colonel reforms were rejected at the four star level.

The problem with the DOD of today is no one is in charge.
