Sacramento Shooting Leaves 6 Dead; "Could Have Been Stopped With Gun Laws Already on the Books!"

A bad shooting took place in the early morning hours of April 3rd in the California Capitol of Sacramento. Six people are dead and another 12 are injured after multiple shooters blasted into a crowd. Not much is known about the situation, but how can a future atrocity like this be avoided? Well, MORE Gun Laws on law abiding citizens, of course. According to Joe, even the ones on the books in California would have prevented this from happening... He's a great leader.
